Time for a new thread.

I am hoping by the end of this thread Phelan will have disappeared, Anna and family will have moved away and someone will have remembered to book a babysitter for baby Jack.

OP posts:

Michelle's shoes at the end - her heels were like skycrapers! I would be crippled after two steps.

I thought they were all very good tonight - I felt sorry for all of them in the baby saga, as well as Michelle - Nick, Steve, and Leanne. Like others, I was really shocked it all came out so quickly, and that I'd not heard any spoilers anywhere, for once.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 24/02/2017 22:14

I kept getting distracted by Michelle's hair tonight. It had a life of its own and seems to have grown 6 inches overnight.

SoTheySentMeA · 24/02/2017 22:34

Michelle found out?? I'll have to break the boycott briefly and watch this one!

DJKKSlider · 24/02/2017 22:39

I actually enjoyed tonights episodes.
The GF got all excited with herself and told me to take my headphones out and watch. I was actually surprised how it happened and even more surprised how well acted it all was.

I also agree with Michelle's hair and her heels. She could have taken one off and stabbed Leanne with them. Grin

theliverpoolone · 24/02/2017 22:40

Yes, Michelle's hair was suddenly 'two-tone' and very long!

Had to laugh at Jenny - do people really blackmail businessmen so easily in rl? Hmm

FlowerOfTheValley · 25/02/2017 00:20

I didn't see it coming at all. Was actually quite good and I enjoyed it.

How long before Michelle and Robert end up together? A guess not a spoiler.

SlimForSummer · 25/02/2017 08:26

I didn't see it coming either, maybe we'd all enjoy Corrie a bit more if we didn't have so many spoilers; the enjoyment may be derived from the surprise twists and turns!

Brolis · 25/02/2017 09:13

David was a little bit insensitive asking Steve to take the happy family photo, and then handing him a newborn baby when he lost his baby a few weeks ago. Would anyone really behave like that?

eddiemairswife · 25/02/2017 10:35

Prior to the great reveal I was somewhat distracted by Michelle saying she was going to 'the bathroom'. This isn't America; we go to the Ladies' in England.

stonecircle · 25/02/2017 11:05

I thought the bistro scene was brilliant. A real shock - how they managed to keep that one under wraps I don't know! Even if we don't find out from spoilers the plots are usually so clunky and heavy we can guess what's coming. Also totally believable I thought that he would look down at his son and react like that. And clever the way they contrived him ending up holding the baby.

I didn't think it was unrealistic David handing Steve the baby as he did it in the shock of the moment with broken glass everywhere. He'd be worried about the kids. Also David's not exactly mr-sensitivity!

ProfYaffle · 25/02/2017 11:10

I thought Michelle punching Leann was shocking - really well done though.

littlemissM92 · 25/02/2017 11:13

Michelle's acting was incredible

littlemissM92 · 25/02/2017 11:14

Nick leaves the program very soon and michelle will get together with Robert I think

Sillysausage123 · 25/02/2017 12:02

Michelle does get with Robert but I wonder whether Tracey will be jealous, not only is it one of her exs like Steve was but I think she really cared for Robert and would drop Luke in a flash if Robert said

Akire · 25/02/2017 12:03

No spoilers please littlemiss I don't follow magazines or threads so I'm quite happy imagining Nik will get to be a dad, I didn't know He was leaving.

SlimForSummer · 25/02/2017 12:06

Massive spoiler @littlemissM92 - seriously??? You thought it was ok to post that? When I have JUST posted that the fun and enjoyment comes from NOT knowing what's going to happen? How insensitive.

I am reporting your post and the next one that refers to it.

angry

SlimForSummer · 25/02/2017 12:07

Oh and the title of the thread says 'no spoilers please,' @littlemissM92

Akire · 25/02/2017 12:08

Thanks summer

littlemissM92 · 25/02/2017 12:15

Sorry ! Didn't read the thread but surely u can see that coming a mile off hardly a spoiler blatantly obvious ?! Sorry!

SlimForSummer · 25/02/2017 12:21

No, actually.

ellenanora5 · 25/02/2017 12:28

I thought it was very good, glad we didn't know that was coming, agree it would be much better if everything wasn't so blatantly obvious, Nick seemed very unconcerned by the whole thing in the bistro, he didn't even seem bothered that Leanne was bleeding but then back in the flat he looked liked he was about to commit murder, as if he'd only found out the baby wasn't his, his reactions are all very strange.

Michelle was brilliant in it, she can be really good with a decent storyline.

SumAndSubstance · 25/02/2017 12:29

she was going to 'the bathroom'. This isn't America;
Don't they call them 'restrooms' in America?

littlemissM92 · 25/02/2017 12:32

Oh slimforsummer get a grip it's not a big deal

stonecircle · 25/02/2017 12:51

Ellen - I like to think that Nick's reactions convey the fact that he's never really recovered from his brain injury rather than poor acting.
