Time for a new thread.

I am hoping by the end of this thread Phelan will have disappeared, Anna and family will have moved away and someone will have remembered to book a babysitter for baby Jack.

OP posts:

Daniel and Sinead can't use cutlery! They eat with only their forks clutched limply in one hand, upside down. It's really annoying me!

Can't see this working. Sinead was a bit 'ditzy' but they seem to have made her lobotomised in front of clever-clogs Daniel and Ken.

FabulouslyGlamourousFerret · 15/02/2017 19:57

I have slight face blindness! Re grooming woman, Peter's taxi lady and the wallet nicker woman all the same person?

Thinkingblonde · 15/02/2017 20:26

No, all different women.

hippyhippyshake · 16/02/2017 09:32

Yes, all three of them can go down the sink hole, no loss

stonecircle · 16/02/2017 09:36

Can't decide who is the worst actor - Rosie, Adam, Sophie (what's going on with those eyebrows?), Fiz .....

eddiemairswife · 16/02/2017 11:34

I don't think much of Billy either. He seems to think that as a vicar he must always be seen as nice, hence the endless grinning.

DJKKSlider · 16/02/2017 11:43

I agree Eddie I don't think much to Billie either, or Todd, Eileen, Phelan, Rosie, Sophie, Daniel, Adam, chesney, sinead, yasmin, sean, grooming guy, sarah, so on and so on.....

stonecircle · 16/02/2017 11:52

I like Mary, Norris, Sally and Tim (as a pair) Roy and ....... er .....

woodhill · 16/02/2017 11:57

Laughed at Sophie taking on window round, hasn't she just been very ill in hospital? Wouldn't she need to be a bit careful?

I'm also surprised Sarah hasn't questioned Bethany a bit more about the studio and how she got involved or why has no nosey neighbour noticed the creepy man hanging around.

Akire · 16/02/2017 12:04

Siobhan may have been my doing, sorry lol. I can't be assed learn names when they are dull. Agree about the sink hole, I will help dig.

CorporalNobbyNobbs · 16/02/2017 12:16

Oh can Todd not go in the sinkhole? Billy can but can we keep Todd?

Akire · 16/02/2017 12:29

Ian new Kylie living at Eilen still?? In Sean old room??

eddiemairswife · 16/02/2017 13:22

I was thinking about Caz (too much time on my hands!). When she comes up for trial I would expect Maria and Kate, if no one else, to be called to testify; or will that be another story completely forgotten?

BlackDoglet · 16/02/2017 19:04

It's on tonight (Thursday) for some reason!

furrypets · 16/02/2017 20:00

So we're expected to believe now that Sophie will be able to go out window cleaning. What an insult to all the real window cleaners out there, that their job is that easy that someone like her could just go out and do it. She knows damn all about how to clean windows, as well as wouldn't be capable of carrying a ladder.

zukiecat · 16/02/2017 20:28

I like Sinead and I hate what they've done with her character

I thought her and Chesney were sweet together

eddiemairswife · 16/02/2017 21:32

Sophie and Rosie were loading up the van, so one of them must have learnt to drive.

Didn't see the point of Phelan going/not going to Swansea.

JustDanceAddict · 16/02/2017 21:55

Omg - Tim fancies Rosie?!?!?

woodhill · 16/02/2017 21:58

I'm getting sick of Phelan interfering with the other character's plans and always having knowledge e.g. Trip to Bristol.

deadringer · 16/02/2017 22:20

Yes Tim seems to be letching on dozy rosie, yuck.

Millimat · 17/02/2017 06:52

What happened last night?

DJKKSlider · 17/02/2017 08:12

milliner

I'd love to tell you but it'd include spoilers.
Let's just say you did t miss much, some dodgy acting coppers, someone being easily manipulated when I thought they're supposed to be a manipulator and 'cliffhanger' ending that we neither care about the answer and already know the answer.

Basically, whatever you were doing for the 30 minutes Corrie was on, it was a better use of your time.

Redglitter · 17/02/2017 16:03

Is it still a spoiler after the episode has been shown? Isn't a spoiler more things to come. There's been loads of discussion on here about episodes

DJKKSlider · 17/02/2017 16:57

I suppose its not, not really, unless people have to see it on catch up still.
TBF, there's not that Mich tomspoilmin corrie right now. I sort of drift in and out of it when it's on, barely paying it any mind. Its more like a habit to watch it than enjoyment.

SoTheySentMeA · 17/02/2017 20:51

Just popped on here to find out what's been happening. I see Phelan still around, so the boycott shall continue.

Its more like a habit to watch it than enjoyment. been like this for a long time for me. Theyve really lost what made corrie special. Proper scripts, real stories, great characters, decent (and more!) humour, well timed build ups (not endless dragging blackmailing or massive strokes that miraculously get better in a few days) and interesting cliff hangers and climaxes to stories. I really miss those things.
