New shinny thread here!

OP posts:
Zippidydoodah · 07/12/2016 13:40

I like Roxy too. I can't imagine how it would feel to be in her position....her ex is marrying her sister and together they are looking after Roxy's child....messed up or what?!

It's all either very depressing and miserable, or utterly pointless atm.

Zippidydoodah · 07/12/2016 13:41

I agree that the Denise/Kim/overinvestment comment has got to relate to Denise giving up the baby for adoption. She tried to sit Kim down and discuss something a couple of times yesterday.

The80sweregreat · 07/12/2016 13:44

Stacey is well over 18 I believe so she can sit in the pub with the others.
I just hope that Max keeps away from her.
I did succumb to the double Christmas issue today but it only goes up to Friday 30th. It does sound a bit boring this year, just on going story of Phil's health woes.

Rustythedog · 07/12/2016 13:46

Yes I thought she had decided adoption too. It explains why she isn't willing to talk about the baby/misses hospital apprs etc. I presume she won't let Kim adopt the baby? I'm sure it isn't that straightforward anyway.

Gingergin · 07/12/2016 21:44

Stacey has a 6 year old and a young baby, she's well into her twenties!

DeleteOrDecay · 07/12/2016 22:24

Stacey is around mid-20's now I think? Where are people getting the idea that she's so young? I'm pretty sure when she first appeared in EE years ago she was a young teenager still at school.

Rustythedog · 07/12/2016 22:33

I see Stacey as young. Perhaps I am showing my age. She has very young children. The orthers are grandparents, young grandparents, but they are at very different stages of their lives. Except maybe Kim.....

MrsJayy · 07/12/2016 22:34

Stacy Is about 28ish she has been in it since 04 so 12 years she was about 16/17

Akire · 07/12/2016 22:47

Think Stacey is the de fault I was ill look I'm better. So she was talking to Jane about how she thought Martin go off her when she was ill so fits with Jane and Ian. She got Baby same age as Linda so guess why friendly.

OP posts:
EnidButton · 08/12/2016 04:37

I thought Stacey was in her 30's but a Google says she's late 20's. Once you get past a certain age you mix with all ages don't you?

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/12/2016 07:25

Finally caught up. Really don't understand the Lee robbery storyline. How did the robbery get planned and now Lee isn't going to have any money for all his efforts

He should def hand wallet into the police and say do bullies give me my share or your dogmeat 😂😂

Kim's broken arm stupid storyline

Ian did his back in I think to be with his son in real life

Linda still needs to pop. When is she going? And due to trauma of burglary?

Who had Ricky Amy and ronnies child when all pow wowing jack roxy Ronnie

I said before jack seems desperate to get ronnies money via house and gym. Is he in serious debt?

Whitney so stupid and needs to find a nannying job out of the square for £35k a year.

And now we find out there another child of squeaking bonnie Langford about ?? Will he have better sperm then kush?

Rustythedog · 08/12/2016 10:28

Mix with any age - yes to say hi and have a small polite chat with. Socialise with? Well my friends or I wouldn't have sat down in the bar for the night with them or called around to visit in their houses. Maybe times have changed.

Carmel always mentioned a third son. Is he coming to the Square now too? I thought they all grew up in a lavish area with pots of money. I don't understand how they are now all relocating to the East End to work on the market. Surely they have been to great schools, uni etc. It baffles me.

LineyReborn · 08/12/2016 10:38

I can't abide the Shaki character. Or Lee. And the whole Phil thing, and Jack's sodding flats, and Max, and Ian, and it's just annoying now. It's like all the shit men on the Relationships board have been thrown onto the screen at the same time, as a cut and paste montage of controlling, voyeuristic, shit with money, dishonest, cheating, substance abusing useless blokes.

Is it to try and make Danny Dyer look good?

mrswhiplington · 08/12/2016 10:39

Blondes apparently Dot looked after Matthew at their house, you just saw Jack closing the front door saying "thanks Dot, safe home". I think I pay too much attention sometimes. I can feel my life ebbing away when I type these posts.Grin

LemonBreeland · 08/12/2016 12:44

The Lee storyline is dragging out far too long. I agree with whoever said that if we are meant to feel sorry for him it hasn't worked.

Jay has done some dodgy things to get money, but that is in fear of his life as the drug dealers will probably kill him. Lee just can't be honest about the kind of job he got or that he can't afford a crappy bedsit. It's pathetic.

nancy75 · 08/12/2016 19:47

Is it wrong that l really really want carmel's son Darius to be played by Darius from pop idolGrin

squirrelonapetridish · 08/12/2016 19:50

What is it with Eastenders and vegetarian food? They talk about it like it's filth!

LineyReborn · 08/12/2016 19:51

So, it's as thought, the Spud Sprog is to be placed for adoption.

CorporalNobbyNobbs · 08/12/2016 20:58

If I Phil Mitchell's baby I'd give it away too.

Jack is a cheeky fucker, glad Roxy called him out on his hypocrisy. And what was that vest he was wearing??

The80sweregreat · 08/12/2016 21:19

Liney, not seen tonights offing yet, but i agree about the men. They are the dregs of aibu and relationship board - and the thought of another one appearing ( max) is just meh.
Red flags, they should sell them on the market.

SoTheySentMeA · 08/12/2016 21:34

Why are Ronnie and Jack such hypocrites? So Roxy had sex? Her body, her choice. Neither of them are squeaky clean by any standard so why do they get to judge??

LineyReborn · 08/12/2016 21:46

The80s I think Max is meant to be our Christmas treat. The trouble is, he really isn't.

lozengeoflove · 08/12/2016 21:54

Am I the only one who found the round of applause for Shakespeare Denise totally cringey?

southeastdweller · 08/12/2016 21:59

I wonder if the costume department were playing a joke on Scott Maslen when they dressed him for tonight's episode? I can't think of any other explanation for the vile tank top Jack was wearing.

The80sweregreat · 08/12/2016 22:09

Liney, the pic of him in the christmas tv mags is just awful.

He will be back to shouting at his girls and shagging half the square by the end of jan, as well as skulking around getting in the way.
They should have brought him back on halloween
