I have had enough of Ed He is a crap dancer , he has improved so much but can he not just leave gracefully ..I cringe when I watch some of the dances. the beeb gives him well known music. Sorry but I have had enough.. Each to their own. Agree Claudia was robbed thought her dance was fantastic.

I have enjoyed watching Ed, but I think it's time for him to go.

I think Gangnam Style was peak Ed. I'm predicting Ed vs Rinder in the dance off.

The judges are seriously getting on my nerves now, consistently over marking Louise & Kfg, the only performance I enjoyed was Ed & Katya.
I thought Ore just pranced around a lot & Claudia twirled about didn't seem a great deal of dance content, Rob didn't appear to enjoy his dance very much & not sure what Oti & Danny dance was all about, so very 'meh' tonight.
I really hope Ed goes through, just too annoy the judges.

Just switched over to ITV, and can sadly confirm the music is better there.

Just voted three times for Claudia as I was so pissed off with the judges' scores - as were Anton & Natalie.
Louise wins cha cha - was I the only one who thought she mainly shuffled from one foot to the other?
I do think Ed's had his time now, I've been pleased he's got this far, although wouldn't mind Louise going before him!

I did love Oti's salsa?samba? (Can never tell the difference!) although I'm always a sucker for a jungle vibe. Again, couldn't keep my eyes off Oti - so intense!

Loved Louise and Danny tonight, Claudia was seriously under marked - that was an amazing routine. Have loved Ed but I think it's time for him to go. Predict Rinder, Ore and/or Ed in dance off. Hope Claudia stays.

Danny and oti stood out completely in the cha cha challenge. They were far and away first for me. I voted for them twice as a result. I've enjoyed Ed and I don't think he's in at the expense of anyone who was seriously going to win it, so it's entertainment over one or two more weeks for someone else. However I do think it's his time to go.

I wonder who is voting for Danny the ringer. Clearly someone is. I cannot understand why people vote for ringers.

Ed and Rob for the dance off. Claudia absolutely does not deserve to be in the dance off this week.

But I really wish Greg was still in. I voted for him last week and I really miss him. He was so watchable.

Danny and Oti's dance was great. Still not fond of Danny.
My favourite this week was Claudia. She was definitely undermarked.

Couldn't believe the judges' scores for Claudia! She should have got 10s,you could see how disappointed she was. It was an incredible AT. I voted three times for her, I wonder whether her undermarking will make sure the public votes for her?

Agree Poly, I also miss Greg. And I miss Daisy and her lovely infectious smile ! I really liked her costumes - they were always more original and less stereotypically feminine than most of the women's outfits.

Another person who thought Claudia was undermarked. I sometimes wonder if the judges just expect her to do more than the others because she's a gymnast and somewhat unfairly they expect a different level. There are definite benefits to being strong, fit and flexible but gymnastics is very different to ballroom dancing. Also her lack of height is a disadvantage. I think she's doing brilliantly but it;s harder to create those long, elegant lines. Hope the public vote. She's got several votes from me this week

Danny is very good but leaves me cold. I like Louise and I've been entertained by Ed but if this is about dancing it's his time to go. As for the Judge well my opinion has varied depending on the dance. I didn't like the Rumba much. but I seldom like any. Ore is good - but please don't cry.

Shotgun, big difference in Salsa and Samba! Timing - Samba is danced over 2 beats per bar and Salsa over 4 beats.

I am voting for Danny. I love watching him and Oti dance; I think she is gorgeous and an amazing choreographer, and he is a beautiful dancer.

I think the whole concept of "ringer" as a reason not to vote for someone is utterly ridiculous: he has made no secret of his dance background - it's on his bloody Strictly page - and clearly the BBC don't have a problem with it. But apparently, it's only meaningful on Strictly if you've been on a "jouuuuuuuurney" (and can cry at the drop of a hat)

I loved Claudia's routine. I think it missed a bit of something between the her and AJ. Usually with an AT you get the feeling that they despise each other but are going to shag like rabbits anyway, or kill each other. This one was beautiful but didn't feel quite as passionate as some. It was definitely better than both Ore and Louise though, so I felt really disappointed for her with those marks. Thank goodness they've stopped making her pretend to be a high school student.

I really liked the samba, Danny is infinitely more likeable and interesting while he's dancing, he's a bit vapid and dull off the dance floor. I think he could have pulled off a more traditional samba too, and I might have preferred that, but it was still excellent.

Rinder wasn't as cringey as some male celebs can be in the rumba, but it wasn't great, and he didn't look as though he was enjoying himself and usually he does.

Ed should just fuck right off now.

Ore and Louise, both almost instantly forgettable.

If Danny is top of the leaderboard each week then he doesn't need anyone to vote for him. It's those slightly further down who get caught out by not taking in the votes.
I would be surprised if Louise or Danny were in the danceoff, I'm not sure it's mathematically possible - ?

I vote for Danny too because I like watching fabulous dancing. Completely agree with you, NewCross.

Can someone please explain what is meant by Danny being a "ringer"?

It's possible, but unlikely, for Danny or Louise to be in the dance off. In the following list the first score is from the judging order and the second score is a hypothetical public vote.

Danny - 6+1=7
Louise - 6+2=8
Ore - 5+3=8
Claudia -4+4=8
Rinder - 3+5=8
Ed - 2+6=8

If that happened then Danny would be in the dance off, and so would Louise because the public vote score outweighs the judges' score.
