Trailer of lots of people with angst and not Phil Collins here. There's another trailer on the Homeland FB page but I can't find a non-FB page to link to. 15th January in US so I reckon 22nd for us - it's usually a week later.

So - Salieri/Dar Adul features prominently and Carrie has some issues with him. Someone's having a torch shone on their pupils - does that mean Quinn's alive but non-responsive? Baby Brodie is now school-aged. Could I be more excited?

This is jolly exciting news. Now I am wishing christmas away.
What will this series bring us? I am still wishing for a magical return to the field of hot jogging doctors.

Though I am aware that there is nothing recent to base this on.

Coco - I admire the strength of your perseverance despite no evidence whatsoever :o. And I'd completely forgotten the glory days of the hot beardy jogging doctors. That was Peak Homeland.

I've just spent the last month watching all 5 seasons on Netflix. Nice to know I don't have long to wait for more homeland.

Oh yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I love Homeland, I thought it had finished forever after the last series. I won't watch the trailer just yet. Cannot wait for Jan!

This makes me very excited. I had completely forgotten about the hot bearded doctors. I remember one told Brody about his family just before snuffing it.

No sign of dishy German guy he obviously is very sensible and staying well away.

Earth Angel Jonas? He must be an ex by now, for sure.

I still believe that Saul is good. Conflicted good though, which is purer and gooder than basic good.

And Hair. I mourn her.

Could Quinn really be alive? I mean ALIVE alive. Not appearing to Carrie as a hallucination for a snog or a quick wedding?

The Quinn scenes last season were SO grim. I sort of hope that sunbeam meant what it seemed to mean and he's RIPing.

Earth Angel was so lovely. No wonder he got bored of the craziness. I wonder if the Billionaire will be back. Though as she is back in the US I doubt it.

New trailer!. So much going on. Was that Amsterdam part way through? Does Saul get kidnapped AGAIN? He's good at getting himself kidnapped - I reckon he only does it to prove to Cocolepew he's a goodie. I cannot wait.

Excellent news, love homeland and the last threads on here about homeland were brilliant!

I think Quinn is definitely kaput. The plot would lose all credibility especially after he was seen crawling in and out of bins with some serious injuries!

I don't trust Saul anymore.

I only trust Carrie.

Ooh hassled thanks for this. I'm not reading any posts as don't want any spoilers at all.

My only hope is that Carrie and co redeem themselves (in explosive style!) with this season. Things were not so great last couple of seasons.

On rewatching, it turns out I was mistaking New York for Amsterdam . I am a fool.
New female president seems like she's going to be an interesting character. And unless they've put all of the good bits into this one trailer and the rest of the season is shite, it looks like it's going to be great.

OMG Quinn. I am wondering how they are going to explain that away.

I will always love Saul (apart from his out of character physical violence towards Alison).

New pres was in House Of Cards and was a horrible person in Goliath.
