They did, I think it was when her dad died. Quinn came to the funeral then she walked him out to his car and he asked her to leave everything and come away with him. They kissed I think. Of course she didn't go. Wouldn't know a good thing if it stuck its tongue down her throat that Carrie one

My most pressing questions are a) why did I ever think that Max looks like Chandler Bing? He looks nothing like Chandler Bing and b) why did Dar Adul/Salieri not tell Saul that he had photographic evidence that Carrie is in fact advising MPE. What's his game here? Also c) why could Carrie not tell Quinn that she saved him because she lurves him?
