Dear everybody who votes for Ed,

Have you considered that, if you keep voting for him, he will eventually dance a rumba? A RUMBA! Isn't there enough horror and suffering in the world already?

Pan they performed on DWTS once so I don't know why the SCD producers won't get them in for a performance over here. Couple them with a return from Vincent and Flavia and I'd be in seventh heaven!

I hated it, so glad it's gone.

I do love Blackpool though, with its close atmosphere and trampoline floor.

Indeed - I have GP on my phone, for the train to work, and need to focus on NOT making sudden movements/ twitches of my feet from time to time. It's bad enough having the SCD theme tune as ring tone.

I missed that SoupDragon, though I think it's a worrying enough prospect to keep mentioning it. Even the people who think he's amusing will surely be mentally scarred by they sight of his rumba.

Hear, hear Soup. I could stomach a Balls rumba. No eating from about 12 noon and we'd all be fine.

TBH I'm little worried about the Cha Cha he's doing next week.

I wasn't sure about Gleb's tango actually. I think it wS built up too much in my mind before I watched it!

(I don't mind being "ignored" really. This thread moves really quickly in posts and slow in ipAd response time for me so I'm sure I miss stuff!!)

Soup I saw Gleb's AT mentioned on Aliona's twitter feed so hot footed over to YouTube to find it, I didn't know you had already linked it so it would have saved me the trouble. T'was worth the hunt though!

I'm sorry to see Lesley go, she deserved to stay in a few more weeks I would rather have seen Louise go (not possible I know) or Laura as both are a bit bland and boring and certainly Ed, Judge and Greg could have reasonably gone before Lesley. I wonder if Laura will be back next week, it will seem a bit odd to go down to 9 couples and then back up to 10.

I'm mildly amused that the Anastacia-Gorka partnership is better than the Tameka-Gorka partnership especially after Tameka's self indulgent injury posing after she lost out in the dance off a couple of weeks ago. It's a rather delicious irony that the butt of Tameka's pointed posturing is now dancing with Gorka.

Fingers crossed for Ed's cha-cha-cha. Fear it won't be his best foot fwd.

Cavemum thanks for posting that clip from "Shall We Dance?" - I love that scene, and love the music. I always prefer it when Strictly has the Tango, Argentine Tango and Paso Doble danced to traditional music.

I vote for Ed because he's not a dancer or an athlete, hasn't got a finely honed body and is taking it seriously and trying his best.

Digerd, the pro in red and pink was Katya I think? Did anyone spot Joanne in the group dance though?

I agree Daisy was a bit let down by the costume and make up look- I think made her look unbalanced. Sad to see Lesley go- should've been Ed and he didn't seem grateful to have been saved!

I think Ed will be out next week. I can't see the Cha Cha Cha being his dance. He really has thrown himself into it though.

Why did Craig not criticise Ore's vertical thumbs throughout that waltz?

I think this is when the backlash begins when good dancers start leaving over Mr Balls
