Right this is how I make good use of my time on a Sunday afternoon for all of you; there is a website called Protek advertising a men's digital watch that displays sunrise and sunset times, so there you go, that's what Elvis was wearing

Ahh thank you pixie! So were you all expecting/ did you know it was going to be a new character? I was confused with the jilted bride beginning.

Was Elvis in the first series or more of a secondary character? And Georgie too - was she mentioned or is she completely new? Questions, questions!

We knew it was a new character RedCrab and some folk weren't sold on the idea for a while but after the last episode, I think everyone is now onside.

Redcrab after series 1 we all hoped that Molly and Captain James would return in another series but Lacey Turner couldn't do the series so it's a new series and a couple of new characters. None of us know very much about the wedding apart from the prequel which is still on the BBC website showing how Georgie and Elvis met and he proposed. We don't know why he jilted her - but I think we're gonna find out.

Pix I reckon they should just give all of us the whole series in advance to thoroughly analyse for any continuity errors and mistakes. I would gladly lock myself away in a room for a week and binge watch - provided there were tea and biscuits chucked in!

Georgie and Elvis are new. Capt James and four of the platoon were in the last series though Mansfield is the one who was shot and taken off in a helicopter last week.

Rhu if I offer to make lots of cakes, can I be assistant continuity/fact checker?

I'm sure I will Must catch up on the first series.

You can watch this independently of the first series but you will hopefully be as in love with Capt James by the end of series 1 as we all are, hence the title of this thread!!

Ooh yes ilove your cakes are now legendary and I'm sure brain power would be greatly enhanced. I'm thinking this could be a job for the indomitable ladies of Lechley Park. - does that sound like a TV series? A kind of cross between 'The Bletchley Circle' and the "Number one Ladies Detective Agency'?

Pix I think we could be in business here! Clearly all of us have missed our calling - there has to be a market opening for lots of hyper-hormonal ladies of a certain age with highly developed critical and analytical skills and a genuine interest in the dramatic dramatisation of the drama. Perhaps we could call ourselves the Triple D's and that's not just our bra size!

That was cherin Firegirl. She did pop back briefly a couple of weeks ago but we haven't heard from her since.

Another one we are missing is Kelly. Where on earth are you Kelly? We'd like to know your views on Georgie, Elvis and the more mature version of our beloved CJ.

firegirl I did draw: sketch a picture of orphan and I measuring CJ, did end up looking a bit risqué, as we weren't wearing much. Must see if I can find it!
