I love Typer or Pyler or whatever they are called! They can both act and bounce of each other. Paige was thinking about someone else for 30 seconds and didn't dob her in like the old Paige I liked pre Mark engagement.

I love Tyler & Piper together too. They have great chemistry and her family treat her so badly, she deserves someone good. Elly remains appallingly inappropriate, vain & self-centred but I am actually enjoying Angus's re-appearance - his acting's massively improved. Hoping for a mass balloon cull but not holding my breath!

Completely swooning over Tyler yesterday, he's so lovely.

Trying so hard not to look up spoilers for next week, even though I know that Neighbours always disappoint me anyway with their big stories.

The most disappointing thing will be that Paige will survive.
I do hope that Piper and Tyler get together soon. I was so happy watching them on her birthday. Unusual to see so much chemistry between actors. He really acted that he fancied her. Even my children commented on how much they love each other!

In other news I'm not a reality TV show fan, honest I see that Olympia Valance might be in I'm a Celebrity this year, with Ola Jordan. It's going to be mighty congested in the shower. I wonder if it will come to fisty-cuffs. I imagine that Olympia will turn out to be rather nice in real life (can't be as bad Paige) whilst Ola will probably entertain us with more details of her and James' sex life - classy!

Characters I can't stand -

Brad - Whiney, drippy, pathetic, useless parent
Therese - self absorbed, useless parent
Jimmy - just, no.
Charlie - wooden actor, can't find any empathy for him
Amy - useless parent, her allegiance to Paul is unbelievable considering what a shit he's been exposed as and his absence from her childhood.
Elly - super fucking irritating. Equal to Amber. The ones that make me swear!

Characters I like -

Sonya - whilst she can be annoying I think her acting is great.
Toadie - what's not to love!
Tyler & Piper - I've always liked both and hope they get together. But there's no way at 17 I would have asked permission as to who I went out with!
Xanthe - she's grown on me.

I think Elly has had cheek implants and it has messed with the proportions of a face which (gnashers aside) was not in need of any messing.

Yeah, Ned and Elly are hardly a relationship of passion. I feel like majority of relationships in Neighbours, particularly for younger characters, have to declare love so they aren't just sleeping around. Even Tyler and Paige, he was in love with her before and age was only doing it because she was in love with Jack. Sometimes people aren't in love with anybody and get action. But that can only happen to parent characters in neighbours, like Terese and puppet man. Also some people are in relationships for many months before declaring love but this would be dull in soap land.

I know Neighbours stretches credibility on a regular basis but the Jakka thing is getting stupid. They've all been warned about him but they all go out and leave their doors open and leave ground floor windows open at night. He's already killed two members of the Willis family how much more revenge does he need?
