I'm so sorry I usually use Ibuprofen and drinks lots of tea. Maybe you need something stronger?

bads sounds a bit like food poisoning if you ask me - when did it start? Have you eaten anything potentially dodgy?

The spanish swear by eating nothing but boiled plain white rice to clear a tummy bug. I would also try peppermint tea for the pain...and a hot water bottle?

Ive been packing and gathering food and toys and chargers and shit all day. Dp still not home from effing work. But almost ready for the off now!

Cramps started weds
Runs yesterday...very sudden
Been taking buscopan but it hasn't really helped
And paracetamol
Haven't eaten anything others haven't
Very unusual for me to have the runs so no idea what's going on
Just eating bland food and drinking peppermint tea and coke

Nothing else to suggest Badderz but hope you feel much better very quickly.
