We got the keys to our new house today so I've been pottering round working out what we need to buy (it's unfurnished) and starfishing on the floor of various rooms working out where beds would go etc. Now about to eat a takeaway Thai on the floor of the new lounge.

Have just re-read the live commentary from the finale the number of duplicate posts from different wenches making exactly the same comments was hilaire. Mouse and I seemed to be on exactly the same wavelength.

Am catching up with the Olympic Opening ceremony this morning - will report back on any highlights of a wenchy nature.

As a heads up for this afternoon - men's cycling road race, so thighs basically, men's gymnastics qualification and dressage for the eventing. Later in the afternoon is swimming qualification, so lots of skimpily clad wet men.

Neat lavender oil works well on burns, Baddz. ** Was the burn today? Still worth shoving it back under the cold tap or in some iced water.

** Not on broken skin, and don't use any other neat essential oils on skin. Plus, you will smell like a Granny.
