Tommen's death. So brutal. Because Cersei killed him. He probably thought she was there as well as Marg.

Marg's death. Worse in its way, not just random token death. She KNEW. And the men prevented her from saving herself. One of the most tragic deaths considering her potential and abilities

If I have any complaint. It's the ordering. That was so good, the rest of the episode couldn't outdo it. They could still have shown the Dorne stuff without Marg/Loras being dead.

I'm quite certain Tommen knew that the explosion was Cersei's work. Who else could have sent the mountain to prevent him leaving the room? He knew Cersei hated Margaery and the High Sparrow. I'm equally sure he didn't think Cersei was in the Temple.

Fantastic episode, but how will I cope with the long wait for series 7?

They didn't specifically say it was Jon. But the cutting from the baby's face to jon's face was pretty portentous and who else could it have been? Unless they are trolling us and it was meera reed and Jon was just a regular bastard

It should have been obvious it wasn't Jon. Jon and Robert were Ned's closest friends, it made sense for him to name his sons for them, not so much for Lyanna.

I have to agree - Lady Mormont was the stand out star of this season despite only 3 appearances, one of which she didn't even speak! The women in this show seriously kick ass. ..

Yes, Jon is Lyanna and Rhargaers baby. Apparently she said something like "if Robert found out..." I bawled eyes out at the tower of joy. Hit me right in the feels. Should Sansa not be getting ready to go and get the lord of the vale/her cousin on her and Jons side? Maybe he'll have improved a bit spending his time with the lords (instead of still going crazy locked in a tower with a mad mum). If Jon is King in the North, will Sansa just be happy to be lady/ princess Stark living with her brothers again? Bran will be Lord of Winterfell when he gets back. I think Arya will just be thrilled to see them all again, Jon the most. Loved the queen of thornes telling off the sand snakes. Where have Brienne and Pod gone? Hopefully they won't go wherever Gendry went.

Last night, I was GUTTED that I'd never clocked that if R + L = J his name COULDN'T BE JON.

It makes perfect sense for Ned Stark to call his two eldest Robb and Jon

NO SENSE for Lyanna to call a son Jon

I assumed Lyanna never got to name her baby. And Ned obviously had to make it believable it was his son, so named him after his mentor/friend. He couldn't exactly call him Rhaegar Junior.
