Sorry for lurking! I haven't been watching till Monday nights, then feeling like it's too late to join in. In fact, we were 6 days late watching episode 6 as we had my parents staying and couldn't bear to ruin it by sharing! So we did episode 6 last night and 7 tonight. Binge watching...almost!

Delurking to say - wouldn't Arya have to be dead for a faceless person to assume her face? But since I haven't looked at reddit or been pmd maybe I've missed the point...

Anyone who wants the arya theory just google arya waif theory, it's right there. There are other suggestions too.

MoonHare in late season 5 just before Arya was blinded we saw her pulling face after face off a Faceless Man and one of them was her own so there's already a precedent set for her face being in use even though she's still alive.......

I only started watching GoT about a month ago and have now watched every episode twice and am almost finished with the last book! It has become an obsession

I don't understand why they'd only bring Lovejoy in just for one episode?

I hope The Waif goes soon, can't stand her. I think the actors will help Arya, as soon as Richard E Grant showed up a few episodes ago I thought something bigger would happen involving them.

Argh this season is brilliant. Every episode has made me stare open mouthed at the screen at least once.

I am generally a lurker here but jus tenant to say - DP and I actually cheered embarrassingly loudly when we saw The Hound! And I then proceeded to explain the much anticipated "Clegane-bowl" to him. It is the one event I am really waiting for!

I just read the Reddit theory - I'm not sure whether I want that to happen or not. I think Arya had too much going for her as a kick-ass rogue assassin, she's become a bit dull now. That said, if she did just hop on a boat back to Westeros after all this time it's rendered her storyline completely pointless.

I tell you what I was wondering people if the Blackfish gives absolutely no fucks about Edmure what's going to make him give a fuck for Sansa or, more particularly Jon.

I'm going to say what this is as it is pure theory BUT theory states that Rhaegar + Lyanna = Dany and Brynden Stark + Ashara Dayne = Jon

It makes sense in wider context of statements made about both Jon and Dany's childhoods in the first book.

Thanks I do put in my opinion each week but usually just the one post. I've only read the first book and I'm terrible with names so don't feel like I can contribute much haha.
