Anyone watching it? What do you think? Just about to watch episode four on BBC 4 and I'm really enjoying it.

God that was so sad. Two girls with their whole lives ahead of them. So tragic.. Obviously Lea didn't deserve what happened but I can see how she enrages people with how she talked to Chris and the driving instructors wife. Chris should have walked away.

Can someone explain the earrings to me please?! I get that Leah found one in the back of the car, but why were they so significant in uncovering Chris's involvement?

stonecircle Romain said in his statement that Lea found the earring in the car and took it, but they searched for it on her body and in places she'd been and never found it. Flo saw in the police file that the earring wasn't found. Then she sees Chris has both of them and realises the only way she must have the missing one is if she saw Lea after the argument with Romain. I think anyway... Grin

But there was a photograph of the earring in the police file - how would they have that if they never found the photograph? I thought it was found in Romain's car. But then how would Chris have it if it had been in police evidence? Gnnaaaargh!

The French TV site for the series. There's an interview with the guy who plays Molina and he is smiling and looking gorgeous. I don't understand much though!

Ii wonder if the significance of the earrings is that Leah's mother realised there shouldn't be a pair of them knocking about so Chris must have bought a second pair. This made her suddenly realise how much Chris tried to emulate Leah and rushed home to find her trying on all Leah's clothes. The significance of which was that she was very jealous of Leah so could have been responsible for her death.

Does that sound feasible?!

I don't know Stone. The mum bought the earrings for Chris. They were Chris' earrings in the first place so no emulating Lea there. Doesn't make sense to me, the whole earring thing.

Only earring thing I remember so far was Chris's earring in the car. Am further on than I thought, just starting episode 5

Agree they found an ear ring in the original grave hence the photo. I am surprised they didn't have pierced ears. I didn't understand the ear ring significance. Seems odd Chris bought a second pair after losing one in such circumstances but I wouldn't think "she has bought another pair of those ear rings she liked after she lost one she must be the murderer"

Did Flo know that Romain had cheated on Lea with Chris? Because the flashback with the earring might have led her to work out that Chris was a nasty piece of work and wanted to take over Lea's life. But it doesn't explain why Chris had two flipping earrings!!!

did they show/explain how cris dies or were we meant to just thibk she didny make it (i was tired and kept falling asleep). were the parents left aline in her hospital room? are we meant to think they killed her?

The doctor told Lea's parents that Chris was awake but her injuries were life treathening. I assume she died soon after they went to see her and her dad came too late.
The earring thing is bugging me too. They found the necklace in the grave didn't they, not the earring?

oooh youre right it was the necklace! so did the police give the earring back? in which case why was it suspicious that the little kid took them from her room and wore them? this is bugging me now!
