Matt is good.
Refreshingly different.
He is a real petrolhead and that does show through.
He is being himself.
Chris is struggling and has the weight of JC on his shoulders.
He is trying to JC impressions and that's the problem, and it sounds forced.
When he stops doing it, and relaxes a bit, he has moments when its not as cringe-worthy.
I suspect he will be better after a few episodes. I also expect the Chris / Matt think will improve when they have a few trips under their belt. I don't buy the 'feud' stuff too much.
Also the reason they launched on a bank holiday sunday is so they can claim if the viewing figures are low that it was the weather and people were on holiday.
