Anyone watching?

Why don't they try to be different instead of copying everything else that the previous three did (and being completely underwhelming)?

Also if they were going to keep everything exactly the same, why did it take so long to make the shows?

Oh the 'some say....' Was a bit cringeworthy and having the same power lap time board is just not on!

I don't mind Chris Evans particularly but don't want him shouting at me about cars with Joey Tribbiani of a Sunday evening.

The thing is Clarkson, Hammond and May were Replacement presenters in their own time so it's not like it can't be done again. I think they've sensibly not Changed Everything and we'll see how it goes ......

I reckon Sabine could be the saving grace of this show, they should use her more.

I didn't think they would keep so much of the old format either.

Twitter hates it. I never watched it for the cars, just made me laugh. This is dull as ditchwater.

I think keeping the format the same is their way of pointing out that other people wrote the scrips and life goes on

They haven't copied Top Gear, it is Top Gear. The presenters are new not the programme.

It's shite. I'm blushing inside for Evans and LeBlanc .

Michael McIntyre, Greg Davis and Jo Brand would have been more entertaining than this lot.

Chris Evans is just proving how dislikeable he is. I feel on edge watching him.

Matt is likeable but a poor presenter.

Can't believe they have kept the same catchphrases. It sounds like teenagers pretending they're Clarkson / Hammond / May.

I'm quite liking Matt le blanc. He's grown on me in this section. His accent just doesn't help with his humour

The skit where they made a land hovercraft and drove it through Stratford upon Avon will never be bettered!!

It's like a charisma vacuum.

I bet Jezza, Hammond and May are watching together and have laughed their heads off at how dismal this is. Probably asleep now.
