'Paris is a city seething with revolutionary fervour at the corrupt regime of Feron and his Red Guard minions. The return of the Musketeers adds to the unrest, especially amongst the women of Paris once they hear that Aramis is back . In Paris and in uniform. There is unrest in the Palace too as the bitch-off between Queenie and Feron escalates. King Louis remains oblivious. Minister Treville has his hands full, with Constance busy making up for 4 years of celibacy, it is left to him to punch Marcheaux, to deal with a sulking Porthos and to wonder what the heck Sylvie is doing snogging Aramis when the whole garrison can see the unresolved sexual tension between her and Athos.

The Musketeers are back in Paris.

At least we think they are. They bumped into a large group of wenches, disappeared into a tavern and the only things that have been heard since are requests for baskets of peaches, the occasional watermelon, bottles of wine, several new chaises, and a cheval mirror.

I think that's episode 11.

One more review point - following Sound of Music comparisons elsewhere... the Fighty Nuns were much more useful that the sheep-like Monks. If the Fighty Nuns had been in this episode, they would have had the axels off that wagon in no time so the Spanish couldn't have got away with the weapons if they'd wanted to

Love the ep2 previews, which are much more interesting than the actual one, which is:
Paris is on the brink of starvation, prompting Grimaud and Feron to join forces with the Duke of Beaufort to win the King's business. However, to further their scheme, they must first frame the city's refugees for stealing much sought-after grain. As the conspirators' scapegoats are locked up in the Châtelet to await execution, D'Artagnan's hot temper also lands him a cell, and with one of their own now behind bars, the Musketeers race to secure the release of those who have been wrongly imprisoned. Meanwhile, spirited refugee Sylvie catches Athos' eye, vowing to prove her friends' innocence, but is he wise to trust her?
