Just saw a lovely trailer, it starts on 26th May. Can't wait

Aaaargh-would drive me nuts!

HalsallRedux · 16/05/2016 21:10

They may be in a different place but they've succeeded in making it look exactly the same inside.

I wouldn't want to be pattern-matching on the bias as my very first challenge, either.

Moogletea · 16/05/2016 21:11

New female judge and new sewing room. I'm feeling all at sorts Confused

Jellykat · 16/05/2016 21:12

Aw bless the footballer!

Touchacat · 16/05/2016 21:13

Blinkin heck, not tutus for dogs!

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:13

The one time I attempted pattern matching I forgot to include seam allowance in my matching. It was a disaster and never saw the light of day.

Tutus on bulldogs are just wrong. Bulldogs need proper leather papa bear outfits.

Haggisfish · 16/05/2016 21:13

Aw they all seem really nice!

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:15

this looks like a nightmare!

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:15

Ugh, can't stand fabric rippers! They ruin it by stretching it so you will have a useless 20cm of perfectly good fabric to stretching.

Jellykat · 16/05/2016 21:17

I completely agree with you dillite ! I never ever rip..

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:18

I still have the bias binding makers I bought during the first series. I've never used them.

This lot do all seem nice and friendly.

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:19

I have tried making bias binging, but find it too much faff.

HalsallRedux · 16/05/2016 21:19

Soup give them a go, I used mine for the first time recently. It was brilliant!

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:20

They have a whole haberdashery' they don't care about a lost 20cm.

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:23

I'm surprised so many haven't done a bias binding. I have always found it to be the easiest and most common method of binding neck and arm holes. Even hems.

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:24

That chevron chevron wasnt matched very well at all I thought.

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:27

Patrick looks like a giant next to Esme.

Touchacat · 16/05/2016 21:27

I love this refashion bit! This is where I get most inspiration from.

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:27

I've not used the bias makers because I don't really get a lot of time to sew.

I think the alteration challenge is my favourite challenge.

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:31

The guy who won the blouse challenge seems to be being st up as the ne Soldier
Guy from last series. Whose name I can't remember...

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:32

I do not like the yellow boob thing.

SoupDragon · 16/05/2016 21:33

There are some shockers in there.

Jellykat · 16/05/2016 21:33

Quite like the gold godet one

dillite · 16/05/2016 21:34

Oh wow, those skirts are very bad.

HalsallRedux · 16/05/2016 21:35

Ouch. Duff or what?
