Def need the hat, not complete without it. Could possibly sail home in it if rain continues/use it for smuggling contraband

Plus of course you could avoid the hairdresser trip if the hat stays tightly on all night, & I can keep Outfit 1 for Crib Night down the Dog & Duck on Thursday. Win-win if you ask me.

Aw woof, if only I had somewhere exciting to go! This week I'm mostly freezing my backside off in shorts! Not the best look, but I'm on holiday, so it has to be done. Yesterday on the beach in shorts, jumper and cagoule (obvs kids were in swimming kegs and nothing else, their skin a subtle shade of blue!). Hey ho, maybe the sun will put in an appearance tomorrow 😀

Had to cancel forest school today, as it was too wet and windy, didnt want big bits of tree squashing anyone, was really looking forward to it as well, hopefully the weather will be better for Fridays session. My DD goes and loves it, she probably gets muddier than some of the others, but that's what washing machines are for.
