Did you get any sleep Kelly, or are you still buzzing?

cjwoofwoof · 10/05/2016 08:49

Oh my word kel I was literally like Grin reading your report. Bless Sam for being so patient with an obvious lunatic fan Wink I suppose it's too hopeful that he was wearing a kilt??

Heligirl79 · 10/05/2016 09:54

Wow kelly how exciting! Sam, sounds like a really nice guy, lovely picture too Smile.

Off to the parents house to watch GoT, we haven't got Sky Atlantic, but they have, so my mum has been recording the new series(she does watch it too). DH is a bit miffed, as he only got series 5 box set in March, so is way behind!

KellyHb · 10/05/2016 09:55

Morning all..at least I think it's morning. I've lost the use of all my cognitive skills today and basic uses. I can't CANNOT ever get over yesterday!! I literally was not going to be put off seeing him. I just can't get over that I saw him and so close too. He was literally looking in my eyes, in my eyes!!! He smells divine and his skin tastes pretty good too GrinThese words will be on my gravestone I swear.

Good job DH is taking DD on her beach trip with school today as I would be too out if it to be any help. But the only time I havent got make up on I see him!! Damn. My family gave threatened me with disownment I've been going on about it that much. woof if he was wearing his kilt, my corpse would be writing this as I would have exploded instantly looking at this God damn knees!

cjwoofwoof · 10/05/2016 11:55

Well it wouldn't have been his knees i'd've been rooting out kel if you get my drift. But well done on keeping a modicum of composure then spontaneously combusting in the comfort of your own home later

I once had a very similar close-up accidentally on purpose with Lewis Collins in his Professionals heyday google him if you're under 40 He smelt divine and looked all cool and trendy. He put extra kisses on my autograph because obvs he was smitten and it made my day, even though I was more in love with Martin Shaw's curly perm at the time if I'm honest. He was beautiful although it was 1979 and Harry Hill collars and flares were all the rage unfortunately. I still have the newspaper photo somewhere and he looks hilariously camp now in his velvet jacket Shock

Richtea19 · 10/05/2016 12:15

kelly "super sleuth" well done you. There's hope we might be able to stalk BA, he just needs to tweet his location now! And I need to learn how to use Twitter!!!

MaddieMoo82 · 10/05/2016 15:09

Wow kelly excellent detective work!!!!! Hope you are recovering now. In the interests of his own safety it's probably a good idea Sam wasn't wearing a kilt Grin

Good luck with your flower sale ilove Flowers

Rhubarb01 · 10/05/2016 17:10

Well done kelly. A mention in dispatches and definitely above and beyond.Star

Have to confess that I've never seen OL but he looks nice! I had a little chuckle to myself however at the thought of him driving down the road being followed by you and probably glancing in the mirror nervously thinking, "Oh god, she's still there!" and maybe wondering whether to do a detour in case you followed him home. There could have been a mad car chase down the M1 or something like it with you zigzagging all over the place to keep up! Only kidding Grin.

Mind you had it been woof there, the chances are he'd never have made it out of the car park having been bundled into the boot and taken hostage in her red room (broom cupboard). This is all getting a bit 'Misery' like now, isn't it.

Never seen GOT either BTW. Not really into fantasyish stuff, I'm afraid. I hate sci-fi too!

MaddieMoo82 · 10/05/2016 21:12

Evening all. How are you now kelly? Still on cloud 9?!

Lovely few days in Derbyshire basking in high temps but back to the standard British summer of rain all day today. Made full use of the pool to entertain DS and then the afternoon in the bar... Responsible parenting at its best.

Hope everyone's well Smile

Rhubarb01 · 10/05/2016 21:19

Hello Mads glad you had a nice holiday. Flippin weather - never can last can it!

It might surprise you all to know that I haven't really been watching the Eurovision semi-final tonight. Well, I didn't watch the first 45 minutes at all and having put it on in the background I'm actually losing the will to live. It really is pretty dire and I think I might just be getting old? I don't know if I can summon up the enthusiasm for Saturday at all - might need a few drinks on the day to fully appreciate it's finer points!

pixieg1rl · 10/05/2016 21:29

Half my Twitter feed are watching rhu, They're being funny and rude.

I'm catching up with Indian Summers. I'm a bit miffed they won't be making a third series

Ilovelblue · 10/05/2016 22:11

Evening everyone. God, I am completely kn.......d tonight. Been really busy at work with something I'm not very familiar with and then set up the plant sale. Did have some help fortunately (in fact quite a few people offered which is always pleasing and had to turn some offers down) but getting all the tables set up seemed to be really hard work this year. I do enjoy it though, especially when I realise about 90% of the plants are all ones I've grown! We've made over £100 in advance orders as well so hoping tomorrow goes as well.

moojangles · 11/05/2016 07:18

Onlygirljen · 11/05/2016 09:41

Good luck ilove, looks fantastic!

Berlin585 · 11/05/2016 12:34

Good luck ilove I hope you sell it all and make lots of money.

kel still can't get over you meeting SH...so cool. Love the photo. Next mission is BA of course!

Has everyone had this torrential rain? It was (not) a lovely drive to work! It's stopped at the moment so hopefully the journey home will be better.

moojangles · 11/05/2016 20:47

berlin my dog was swimming through puddles on his walk, he's a littl'un though.

AKAmyself · 11/05/2016 21:06

Ehm, hello here, won't be a moment... Pixie told me about someone who's met SH IRL (over on the other not-obsessive-at-all Outlander thread), and I just need to say that

KELLY I SALUTE YOU!!!! What incredible dedication to duty and presence of mind to twitterstalk meet and greet Sam.

I do wonder what the kids told daddy in the evening "yes, mummy dragged us down country roads to say hi to a tall stranger, just another ordinary day, no biggie"

I would also like to know more about his amazing smell, if at all possible. Do not censor yourself on my behalf, and feel free to go into as much detail as you wish :D

Heligirl79 · 11/05/2016 21:14

Hope the plant sale went well ilove

berlin it rained quite heavily for a while, but luckily it stopped by the time I needed to go out Smile

KellyHb · 11/05/2016 21:25

Evening all

Wow glad your plant sale went well ilove.

Sunny here, its been really nice past couple of days.

Hi AKA if I can call you that? Yes I am literally still completely out of my mind over what happened. My DD's teacher I found out today is a SH fan and we were squeeing when I was telling her the story!

My kids were massively underwhelmed but DD said he looked really handsome. The smell of him is one of the main things I noticed. People who've met him before said he smelled heavenly and it's so hard to describe. Its like a gorgeous musky manly scent crossed between the best cologne a man could ever wear. His body is so solid feeling too. I was pressed up next to him and he's just dreamy.

He's so nice as well. A lovely lovely man. A real gentleman. Did you read the post I put on here yesterday? That's got a pic etc on it. If you have another question, just ask. Smile

Our neighbours have finished decking their garden and must have spent hundreds of pounds on furniture. Very jealous.

Rhubarb01 · 11/05/2016 21:50

ooh if I close my eyes Kelly I can almost imagine the smell from here! Whatever happened to scratch and sniff - sounds like the alter ego's of woof and orph. Do you think that's how CJ would smell on the Bath date? Although I can't imagine he would smell like that during his Afghan grime time!

KellyHb · 11/05/2016 22:01

It could be a scent CJ would smell of rhu. I need to buy a bottle of whatever it is and put it on DH and close my eyes and pretend it's Sam-ha!

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2016 22:31

Evening everyone. Just finished counting our plant sale money. There are a few bits left which I will let go for any small donation tomorrow morning but we had sold a good third of the plants by 9.30 am and more than half had gone by midday. The current total is £346 so we should make at least £355 by selling off the odds and ends tomorrow morning. It's been a good day. I'm very pleased (and tired).

The weather has been quite good here today after a damp and drizzly start but is supposed to go colder by the weekend - typical!

pixieg1rl · 11/05/2016 22:41

Well done ilove. I hope you have put your feet up now.

I had a sneaky watch of the restaurant scene today; I hadn't watched any OG since the Autumn.

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2016 22:51

Ooooooh pixie! So did I - a bowl of chocolate ice cream and the restaurant scene along with my tea as my personal treat for selling most of the plants! CJ is just as gorgeous now as he was when I first watched it in October 2014! Am sure you would agree?
