My head is spinning like Jack's when someone said the word embryo to him, this has all gone a bit topsy turvy.

It's fine not to like someone, and no-one has called anyone else on this thread a bully for not liking Shilpa. Or a racist for not liking her. And no-one has been bullying anyone else on this thread either.

As far as i understood it, this thread has been wavering between a light-hearted and quite a passionate debate about whether or not Shilpa is being bullied, whether the comments directed at her are racist, via a discussion of whether she is manipulative, and a lot more besides about all the contestants. It's been going since last wednesday and it's very convoluted and quite heated but i've been enjoying it and as far as i can see, and i am new, its never been personal apart from between a few mn'ers who know eachother and can take a bit of banter.

But it does seem that a lot of other viewers have been upset by what's happening in the house. If you think it's fine, then that's your opinion. In mine, they are bullying her, and Jack, jo and Danielle have made racist remarks about her and indian people in general. I don't like her that much, but i can't believe what i'm seeing and find it upsetting enough to get angry when someone else says it's not happening.

Phew, thought i was dipping my toe in the waters on a harmless telly thread for my first posts.

ok thankyou noddyholder that is actually what i wanted to know as they have not shown everything on channel 4 (obviuousley that would be a bit difficult)
but who is actually being racist here , all of them or just jade and danielle, i wouldn't say that jo has been
danielle seems to have had a bit of a personality transplant since jade came in even though they have been "bestfriends for a year", although jade said before hand that they had met three or four times
maybe if this is what an awful lot (4000 or however many) people perceive to be racist behaviour channel 4 should have big brother give them a warning about it so they can stop it or on the other hand vote them out!

Jo is just as bad with the comments and silly voices.

Jo is every bit as racist, just marginally more media savvy than the other two and therefore being somewhat slyer with it.

No-one on here has been bullied or called racist (are there any deleted posts?), not from where I'm sitting anyway (in the conservatory looking out at a lovely view ).

Not bullying, is forum, is what it's for - debate and discussion, very dull if we all agreed.
