Have started a new thread as the old one was nearly full and people wanted a "No spoilers" message in the title.

Are we placing too much hope in the new producer? How the hell are they going to get out of the plot holes?

I read the other day that the Les Battersby actor was seen at the studios. I am hoping that was a bad-taste April Fool's joke.

She must have forgotten about him, just like she forgot about her two son's.

Tonight's was good, enjoyed man fighting and tod was good too.

I thought Simon Gregson overacted badly in the Will/Michelle fall out scenes tonight.

And what was Bethany on about when she said libraries don't have library cards nowadays? As a borderline obsessive library user in several boroughs, it's not something I've ever heard about.

Kym Marsh must be one of the worst actors. Her standard expression of wide eyes is getting very boring now

That "fight" scene in the taxi office was like a comedy, but it wasn't meant to be. I like Steve but he really can't do angry.

Amy, where do I start? what a mini Tracey she is, cannot believe children backchatting and slamming doors and ordering adults around and nothing is said about it! Have they never heard of discipline?

Why is Amy still often taken to/collected from school? She's at a comprehensive now, she's about 12-13yo I think. The writers are either infantilising the characters at this age, or they're making them pregnant (or violent mother-beaters) there is no happy medium.

I think it was said a while back that Michelle was with Will for six months at age 14. She married Ryan's dad at 16 because she was pregnant. So I guess she went straight from one to t'other.

The fight was pantomimic.

Amy started high school last September so must be nearly 12 but not had birthday yet. I'm looking forward to twins starting high sch in September not that they are let out of cupboard much!

Steve hurt his arm moving a barrel. I think k he hurt it in real life though and that's the cover story

Steve was doing proper pantomime-dame acting when he and Michelle were talking at the end of that episode! It was a bit much.

Thought it was a bit soon for the Platts to move back in to their house.

I wish the ridiculous Callum story was over and done with.

Amy is I think in year 7 - she was born February 2004. Bethany is year 10 (June 2000).
