Have started a new thread as the old one was nearly full and people wanted a "No spoilers" message in the title.

Are we placing too much hope in the new producer? How the hell are they going to get out of the plot holes?

I read the other day that the Les Battersby actor was seen at the studios. I am hoping that was a bad-taste April Fool's joke.

Why does Jason have no issue with Tracy, and is placing the blame entirely on Liz for Tony's departure?! He seemed to accept Tracy's 'sympathy' and didn't even seem to react when she handed him her business card...

I was wondering if he actually knew?? But he must do. And isn't Tony also responsible for breaking up Jase and Eva? (I'd given up watching at the time so not sure)

No, it was Todd who caused the breakup between Jason and Eva. He planted the idea and arranged things so that Jason saw them together and jumped to the wrong conclusion.

im wondering if its the new writers story lines we are watching now, it doesnt seem as rushed as before phelan and todd, nicks brain injury reoccuring and bethanys bullying is still going on even if it isnt mentioned in every episode which is played out well, as anyone knows bullies dont give up just cos someone as told them to back off

I hope so. He was a cute little fellow, but his acting abilities haven't grown, with him, in my opinion. Same with Chesney.

Yes, he went to his dad. Not sure how long he was meant to stay. There doesn't seem to be any problem with him being out of school.

I think he came back from his dad? He went to stay with him in a strop after Leanne realised she was wrong to go to police re. him injuring that boy at football as it was genuinely an accident. I'm sure I remember an episode after he came back. Leanne told him she was going to try and buy the Bistro. I recall he was in there telling Nick he was sad he (Nick) was leaving. He appeared to have undergone a personality transplant, was cheerful and happy and no more mention of the domestic violence.

I was about to get annoyed at the phelan/Todd story when I thought Todd had fallen for Phelan sticking up for Todd and no way would Todd have fallen for his act but thank god they didn't play it that way.

Jason's best 'emotional acting' is bloody awful.

I missed start what happened - was about 30 seconds late changing over from eastenders and billy was in middle fight.

Not sure of billy story obviously some sort blackmail could be past drug use like you said.

I had to skip part 2. There is only so much I can take. I'm enjoying Todd going toe to toe with Phelan. Other than that, I'm just fascinated by Eileen's teeth.

I'm having another guess that billy has a son. He got someone pregnant but he panicked as he knew he was gay so he ran off and left his son.
The son is now bitter and planning to expose him

I liked Angry Billy, thought he acted the others off the screen.

I've noticed Eileen's new teeth are making her lisp a bit too.

eileen doesnt look comfortable kissing phelan she pulls away really quick or kisses the side of his face
