Corrie thread - How many more implausible plots until the new person takes over? NO SPOILERS PLEASE

Have started a new thread as the old one was nearly full and people wanted a "No spoilers" message in the title.

Are we placing too much hope in the new producer? How the hell are they going to get out of the plot holes?

I read the other day that the Les Battersby actor was seen at the studios. I am hoping that was a bad-taste April Fool's joke.

They aren't getting married, i dont think anyway, i think there's going to be an issue caused by Nicks sudden brain damage re-emergence and it will stop the wedding going ahead.

I think the wedding is supposed to be this month. I'm guessing that it won't happen, and then possibly Carla leaves. Not sure what Nick will do now that he has sold the bistro.

If anyone here was Michelle and you were getting lambasted by Liz, what would you do?

What an annoying character is Sean. Terrible actor, always has the same expression and he gets far too many scenes. Apart from that I just don't know any gay people in real life who talk and act like he does. Another character I find very annoying is Eileen's son, the one who's dad has died. It's just another excuse for him to be angry. He's always angry isn't he.

Why did Nick go crazy? He's not even living in his flat is he? He lives at Carlas?

It's getting worse isn't it?

Also, Bethany is sitting her GCSEs this term. Does her family know??

I thought Carla lived with Nik? But regardless havnt they both sold up to buy a restaurant where ever it was.... Can see it on here I'm single parent new born and night are teenager is my brother being unreasonable he dosnt want tonight is two bedroom and fund our lifestyle!

What job did Nik mum ever do? Confuses me seemed to have retired but then she did few hours cleaning for Nik bistro but not for ages. Yet her own mum has to be in 70s works full time??

I think sarah and Bethany were with Audrey originally when they came back.

Cannot summon up any interest in the Caz / Kate / Sophie storyline. No depth to any of the characters.
They need to move on the storyline of Nick and Carla, I presume she is leaving shortly. Get Callum's corpse out from under the house, and end that storyline.

I think she said she had problems with her boiler when Sarah and Bethany turned up. Cannot say I blame her .

I really cannot watch Caz - her acting is awful!

Ideally I'd love for Caz/Kate/Sophie to bugger off for good but I can't see it happening. I'd settle for Caz to go soon, which I think she will, because the deluded writers will want to give deadwood Sophie a story and the only two lesbian's on the street have to get together

Could not agree more. None of the three characters are ones that viewers particularly care about. The first night that Kate appeared and she and Sophie had some dreary spat, it was obvious that the writers would be compelled to put them together. Yawn.
