Corrie thread - How many more implausible plots until the new person takes over? NO SPOILERS PLEASE

Have started a new thread as the old one was nearly full and people wanted a "No spoilers" message in the title.

Are we placing too much hope in the new producer? How the hell are they going to get out of the plot holes?

I read the other day that the Les Battersby actor was seen at the studios. I am hoping that was a bad-taste April Fool's joke.

Will was a bit wet. Not the best actor in the world.

Totally ridiculous storyline. They had to add fifty people onto the guest list...

I thought Will would have been more suited to Todd than Michelle.

I agree about Sophie, always hanging around with that hang dog expression. For the life of me I cant understand why shes given so much air time. Her acting is terrible. Why, just becausen shes a lesbian do the script writers feel the need to keep finding other lesbians for her. Its been done, move on for goodness sake.

Isn't Steve's dog gone back to its owners? Remember he was all sad about it.

it really bugs me that carla is always wearing black trousers with the t shirt over her bum/ thighs and now michelle s wearing them as well
carla owns share in the factory im sure in rl she'd have a massive wardrobe of clothes to choose from

Michelle has got lovely eyebrows, I have to say. Much better than Carla's Sharpie drawn thin lines.

I'm sure Steve did still have the dog. He tried to return her but she came back and previous owners said he could keep her.

Oh is Steve back, might start watching again so, haven't watched in ages but have been reading the threads here, way better than the storylines have been

Some great acting tonight in that second episode from Sue Cleaver and Ryan Thomas. For the first time in months I actually feel glad I watched Corrie tonight.

Feel sorry for Jason, but he seems to have forgotten that Liz kicked Tony out when she found out he was having an affair with Tracey and stealing her pub from her - and Jason also stopped speaking to Tony for a while because of it!

So instead of a well handled and accurate depiction of grief when a son loses his father we have Jason blaming Liz for something she had nothing to do with.

Seems a bit OTT. Oh well.

maybe this is the lead up to liz going out of it for a while although as she hasnt been in any scenes with steve i wonder if shes already gone

Since it was mentioned by a pp I had to look at Elaine's teeth - they are kind of strange and hse looks quite uncomfortable when she speaks
I too wondered where Rover the dog was - they had obviously not finished that plot line either

All i could do last night was look at Eileens teeth, perhaps theyll settle down but at the moment they seem too big for her mouth. They've kind of altered her face.

Oh god, I'm watching the repeat now on ITV2 and yes EILEEN'S TEETH..WTAF?!

I'm trying to remember, has Steve ever cheated on Michelle? If I remember rightly Michelle was very jealous of Andrea, when she first came into Corrie. But was there any reason for her to be jealous, did they share a kiss or anything?

No there was nothing with him and andrea. Was there not something about steve cheating on michelle whilst on holiday with what turned out to be a transvestite?

I wonder if Steve has had a spray tan to look like he's been in Spain.

I don't remember that, RudeElf. But if / when it all comes out about her and Will, she should definitely throw that back in Steve's face!
