Emmerdale- are we in the least bit bovvered what happens in The Dales right now?

So:
Paddy and Rhona off to Germany with Marlons blessing.
Why did Rhona say "Pretend you fell off a horse" to explain his bruise. He's a Vet. He could've been kicked by any sort of animal, he's the most unlikely equestrian ever.

Eric- something going on with him. Not just a touch of dodgy tummy, I reckon he'll have something serious and bowel related (a slow burn storyline )

Just caught up with all programmes now and if the writers are reading this I'm sure I'm not alone in not giving a flappy fart anymore about Jimmy and Nicola.

I see from little Elliott's attempts to see his mum over Christmas the stage is set for the return of the insufferable Adele Silva.

It is just so obvious what is going to happen, Moira sleeps with Pete and then Cain a day later, if she is not too old, she is going to end up pregnant and we are going to have a "whose the Daddy?" storyline, yawn

moira slept with pete, i must of missed that bit. i seen moira kiss pete but he pulled away and then they was sat at the table, things was awkward between them and then leyla came in and could sense a falling out and told them to kiss and make up.
did they have sex after that. i thought she was winding cain up as well

I thought Joanie was leaving to go back to Corrie?? Wonder if she'll be killed off leaving Kyle with Cain.

I know he's her nephew through marriage but still...Moira...ewwww. That's gross man. Pregnancy unlikey though, she's too old. I seem to recall when she celebrated her last birthday Charity made a dig about it being her 50th and she retorted she was actually 49.

I was going to joke that Joanie should toddle off to Weatherfield to be reunited with her abandoned son, didn't realise it might actually happen! I doubt Cain would really want Kyle full time although he might step up in a bid to show Moira he is a changed man etc.

JaneJeffer I agree. My uni age kids were appalled at Lisa last night- they suddenly shouted WTF at the TV when she made the soup with her burnt hands- sends all the wrong messages. All the crap he put Belle and Lisa through and back with his feet under t'table.

Surely, given the force of the explosion at the caravan door both Lisa and Cain would be much more badly injured ? Is Layla living at Pete's now? Where do they all sleep in the (former) 2 bed flat?

Soap courtships are ridiculously speedy. In real life she'd still be wailing over the breakup of her marriage. Not that anyone would be overly upset at splitting up with Paddy, but you know what I mean...
