Saw a photo of the actress who plays Tracy, recently, and didn't recognise her. In Emmerdale she has to wear such daft hairstyles at times, and overdone makeup, she looks quite different outside of it.

Just looked in the new Inside Soap and the Dr Bailey story is going to carry on for a while longer, unfortunately.

Oh no - not more of the Dr Bailey story. Not only is he deeply unattractive but is a hopeless actor. This is such a ridiculous storyline.

Pirate ship shenanigans is also hammy rubbish. If the point of it was to reveal that they were babysitting Ashley, I'm sure they could have gone about it a less silly way.

Ugh, I really don't like that story, and I don't think it was done well. They will probably drag it out now because of Belle ringing the police. That will make things even worse for Bailey, I think, because all will be revealed as to why Cain beat him up.

I saw that alright about Brenda and Eric, I didn't know that they were a couple, in real life.

Speaking of Brenda, I hate that overused thing in soaps where someone has their back turned, in a public place, and is gossiping loudly, so that the subject of the gossip, or someone belonging to them is bound to overhear.

I agree about the lean patch, and it shows also in the overdoing of things, with no new direction for characters.

No, they let her go.
Why would Cain keep the shirt? Why not burn it? Surely on a farm you can have random fires without raising suspicion?

Was thinking the exact same thing 70s, she is the shiftiest looking character ever, I wouldn't trust her with a teaspoon let alone evidence, and why oh why does she open every packet of drugs as soon as someone has left the room, in this house when someone leaves a room you can be sure they will be back about five times in five minutes, ah it's very irritating.

Also agree with with you Rachel, no one ever checks their surroundings before they start gossiping, surely that's covered in "how to gossip 101"

As much as I love Ross Barton, I could not literally give two shiny sh*ts about the Barton boys' taxi company DRAMAZ.

Small village where everyone drives to 'otten when they need to. Most people seem to live within walking distance of the Woolpack, not to mention a village shop that would rival many major supermarkets.
I can't really see a taxi service being needed.

I find Holly and any story to do with her, boring beyond words.

Just catching up with Emmerdale and had to say that the girl who plays Holly is the worst actress in a soap ever. Her 'off her face' scenes are comical. It just makes a mockery of real drug problems. In fact the soap is annoying me quite a lot at the moment. Vanessa is irritating and Belle.

Yes Holly's depiction of someone hooked on drugs consists of her sniffing and wiping her sleeves with her nose while occasionally blinking fast and rolling her eyes a bit. Surely they could have recast her and found a better actor. The other cast members must cringe when they have a scene with her, particularly Cain who is very good imo.
