I was disappointed with tonight's, Lucy's was the best of the three I think. I love watching it but both judges really annoy me.

Slummy do you move out during the days they're filming, or do they have to be out by a certain time each evening?

Annadale, a lampshade was my first thought followed by a waste paper bin.

I'd have put the paper on one side of a wooden fire screen so you could turn it the other way once the presenters had left

iwould they have to leave each night and they take over the house in a pretty big way for the three days! !

How did they find you in order to use your home? I'd love to be on it.

They look for unusual/architecturally significant streets or areas I believe.

I LOVE this show. Any early bets for who's going through to the next round from this week's rather disappointing crop? I called it right Monday and yesterday - Sarah and her ghastly wallpaper and astonishingly hideous lampshade was a particular low point - but I'm not sure at all which way it's going to go between Breton Lucy and Beardy Rob.

Though I find Lucy more annoying than Rob I think there's a chance she'll go through rather than him, just because she seems more adaptable even if she made that lovely Georgian sitting room look like something out of the Next catalogue. Rob seems good at making things but his overall room designs just feel a bit thin somehow.

Oh and VERY excited to have an actual victim homeowner from the show on this thread! Slummy you said they didn't pay you, but was there any assurance that if they did something truly appalling the producers would pay to make it good?

Is Tom Dykhoff as lovely as he seems slummy? I think I'm a little bit in love with him.

I love this show. This weeks designers are all a but meh though.

My favourite is Bitchy Tom the judge. The faces he pulls when the designers do something really ghastly are worth watching for all on their own

absolutely I looked him up. Some alarming photos of a lovely Georgian house in London where he'd painted the hallways in Cadbury's purple
