I'm afraid those throat sprays make me retch. I'm on Strepsils. It's improved a bit tonight and the cold has come out so maybe I'm on the mend.

kelly good idea about hiding private stuff. I used to write a diary which I kept in my bedside drawer. They got hidden! Mind if there is something I want her to see I leave on top of the microwave (where all the post /papers get dumped!). I always see her nosing through that. When FIL died and MIL said there was no will and we had a copy of one!!!! That's when I left it casually on the microwave!!!!

Atrocious weather here today. Torrential rain and take force winds. Just perfect for going away weather!!

I'll be taking my tablet mads to the hotel. Hopefully they should have WiFi. I could never go a day without reading posts if I haven't got time to write.

I'm going to watch Sunday's W&P again now while I'm stripping beds and doing washing. Its doing nothing for my JN obsession.

rich I think she would definitely look through stuff/paperwork if it was left out but I'm hoping the kids are going to keep her too busy for her to to have time to look.

ilove since FIL passed away I could open a whole new MN Thread called " My MIL is completely ignoring the wishes of her Late Husband, although separated for 30 Years and therefor keeping all the money for herself". And breath!!!!

Evening all! Managed to actually get up and dressed today, a new achievement for the week! Voice is starting to come back much to the disappointment of everyone I live with and it didn't even need the special cure that DH suggested

Snuggled up again on the couch though, weather is bloody awful up here! Eldest is having a friend sleepover but at this rate it'll be louder outside than any noise they can make.
