Afternoon all.

Sorry haven't had much chance to post this weekend. DH pulled a muscle in his chest on Saturday afternoon due to coughing so much with his chest infection that he was in pain for most of the weekend and couldn't move so I had to do his weekend jobs as well as mine! By Sunday late afternoon, he felt able to make the Sunday dinner so that was good. I don't very sympathetic do I??

He's got a big exam to take tomorrow for his work so I hope he's feeling better enough to take it.

Wanted to watch W&P this morning but school rang for me pick a twin up as he'd banged his head in the playground but he was fine by the time I saw him so I'll catch up on JN later on.

Haven't had a chance to read back on the weekends thread but hope everyone is well. Have to dash as the twins are sitting on each other quite forcefully. I'll post later.

Haven't watched w&p either kelly but in the pictures I've seen JN looks rather lovely! Hope MrKellys exam goes well.

What a wretched 2 days, have had some sort of bug. Just starting to feel normal now. So glad it was this weekend and not when I go to London.

Snow was all gone this morning, never lasts long does it?

MK posted on Twitter she was off to London today but no mention of why. Hoping it might be something to do with OG and not her make-up or clothing range. No mention since but keeping an eye out

Poor you ice, I hope you're on the mend now; although I'm sure you'll all be feeling a bit delicate on the morning after the meet up. Remember to pack your alka seltzer (and not just for ahem recreational purposes )

Hope your DH is feeling better Kelly, and that the exam goes well. I was wondering where you had got to this weekend, not laying in wait somewhere near Jen's then?

orphan we never made it to London for the light festival, so cold and a bottle of wine or two and the warmth of home won!! Your pictures look great and now I'm sorry we didn't go.

I haven't even started on W&P yet, I haven't got into the right mood for it yet.

I'm writing notes to DS's friends inviting them to softplay - we really need to get ourselves a printer, it would have saved me hours this evening.

Evening. Just caught up with W&P and have to agree Rich that was one shining moment in a series that I'm still struggling a bit with. Actually, just the sight of JN moving purposefully across the floor towards the lovely Natasha was enough - but at the same moment my heart was breaking for Pierre! Apart from that I'm not that bothered about anyone else, yet!

Cor blimey pix those shorts definately look like they would chafe.

Thanks for the thoughts. Think DH is feeling better tonight. He was after an early night of the innocent variety and so am watching W&P downstairs enjoying JN muchly.

Funnily enough pix the OL cast were out drinking the other night enjoying lots of whisky and its making me rather tempted to try some. Even though I know itll be very strong to taste.

I had a run in with whisky when I was 16 that ended very badly (think stomach pumps) and I can't take the stuff now. A sure test of my drunkeness is if I fancy a whisky and/or cigarette then you know I'm too far gone. MrP likes the really smoky Islay whisky, even the smell of them on his breath sends me queasy. I am developing a taste for bourbon though...

Evening all. Am sitting in bed with the electric blanket on AND a hot water bottle. Been out at a friend's house tonight and took my work colleague along (we have a common interest in gardening). I warned the work friend how cold it would be and how mean they are with heating and although I was warm enough in my actual body, my feet were like blocks of ice and my legs were aching as I'd obviously tensed up with the cold. No idea why they are so mean as they're not short of money in the slightest. My feet hadn't defrosted by the time I got home!

Surely it can't be long before the new OG cast is announced, surely not?

Thank you for asking (sorry, 'twas ages ago), but I'm much better now, finally woke up without a headache this morning.

There must be news soon, mustn't there, aren't they supposed to start filming within the next month? Maybe they are waiting for contracts to be signed or something? I think TG is very clever, and won't announce anything until he's ready. He knows how we are all waiting out, and the tension will be good for when they want to start promoting it, won't it! pretty sure MK will blog or tweet or something when they are flying out, so we'll now when filming starts. TG seems to like tweeting, so maybe he'll post a few teasing pics (if so, please put on here!).

Right best get the kids to school, neither dressed or had breakfast and we leave in 15 mins! Eek!

I think this is the calm before the storm before the cast news is announced! Bet we will all be excited especially if there is a certain actor on the plane....

Before turning over to CBeebies I watched a bit of bbc breakfast and they are doing a quite big feature on LTs storyline on eastenders and were showing an interview with her and Martinnnnnnn. It's great is she getting the recognition as she has been fab in this storyline. Still would love her to do a little OG cameo!

Morning! Just got back on the red eye from Oslo after a weekend in the cells. Accidentally drove my hired limo through a red light and had to be forcefully handled fortunately by several traffic police in the back seat after resisting arrest. About to re-book another week in April

Freezing cold but sunny here.

Thanks pix & mads. DH was a bag of nerves when he left this morning. Its been hard for him to get any decent revision time in over the last couple of months with the kids, work etc. Well he's revised as much as he can. See what happens. He's having drinks after the exam with his classmates so think he's looking forward to that.

I hope LT gets nominated for a TV award for her recent EE work. She deserves it.

Not wanting to give anything away but JN in War and Peace was gorgeous last night. I can sooooo see him as a Mr Darcy esp after that episode.

You know me, kel I always pack my special Esther Rantzens whenever I'm visiting Norway and intending to commit a traffic violation, but I must admit to considerable jaw ache this time due to the numbers involved
