I watch that every day!!!!!!!!!!!1The welsh bloke speaks in a funny way to the doodle-dooers, he asks them questions like they are kids, I find it really refreshing.
The mountain thing they made looked good, didnt it! with the glitter!

And they keep on about how important it is to tidy up! Fab TV!!!

PinkTinsel · 13/12/2006 20:10

i love doodle doo! it's the only kids program i can bare to watch

FrayedKnotRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 13/12/2006 20:11

I like the way teh bloke says "That Was Fun!" and disappears really quickly off at the end, as if to say..."and now I'm off to the pub"...

Troutpout · 13/12/2006 20:12

love it

VoodooKumquat · 13/12/2006 20:13

In fact, I find the bloke quite attractive, for a Welshie...

PinkTinsel · 13/12/2006 21:10

there have been doodle doo man appreciation thread in the past voodoo, you're not alone! even dp is aware of my fixation, lol

merrylissiemas · 13/12/2006 21:18

i Luuuuurrrrrvvvvvve chris and i want to have his babies

DizzyBinterWonderland · 13/12/2006 21:22

it's flippin marvellous isn't it?! i love stick best, he's got such a dry sense of humour!

didn't think much of those butterflies made out of baby wipes dipped in paint though.

merrylissiemas · 13/12/2006 21:23

even dh loves it. they're just so natural! and it's not patronising at all

suzycreamcheese · 13/12/2006 21:27

have always thought chris is a dish; great programme w/ fab ideas and me and ds sing the theme tune round the shops!

7swansaswimmingup · 13/12/2006 21:33

is that the one with the funny finger puppet thingies that are gloves with faces on. if it is, i love it and sing to the tune daily

DizzyBinterWonderland · 13/12/2006 21:34

yes. gloves with twirly hair.

7swansaswimmingup · 13/12/2006 21:36

love it! and whats that arty programme, where they play the music really fast and the blokes charging around like a madman painting and stuff. my 2year old goes mad when he hears that come on and throws all the cushions on the floor

DizzyBinterWonderland · 13/12/2006 21:45

smarteenies

suzycreamcheese · 13/12/2006 21:56

i thought they were three spiders - scribble, stick and ? hold on will wake up ds he knows all the names!
like the northern accents too, and so not patronising a rarity imo.

DizzyBinterWonderland · 13/12/2006 22:03

dib dab.

yes i think they are meant to be spiders but they are actually gloves

suzycreamcheese · 13/12/2006 22:08

dib dab of course, dont feel like real fan now! and sorry but they are spiders! knitted ones, yes, but still spiders

wook · 13/12/2006 22:11

doodle do, doodle do, how I love the man from doodle do.
He's so kind to those glove puppet things.
I even liked his awful hat when they went skiing yesterday.
AND the art ideas are really good too.

FLAMEinEckItsYuleAgain · 13/12/2006 22:15

You usually find it irritating??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

DH took a while to work out why I was so insistent that DD needed to watch it ("But I wanna watch Dora mummy")

EnormousChangesAtTheLastMinute · 13/12/2006 22:17

is it improvised? is that why it's so natural and so much better than other progs..? i suspect so but i don't know.

DizzyBinterWonderland · 13/12/2006 22:17

but suzy you do know they ARE gloves don't you?! with real people's hands in them, and if you look closely sometimes you see their arm??

suzycreamcheese · 13/12/2006 22:23

Dizzy - why dont you wake up your kids and tell them there is no santa?
i dont want to hear anymore of this talk, sometimes chris even winks just to me ok

merrylissiemas · 13/12/2006 22:25

suzy, he's winking to ME!!!!!

2nervesnapartridgeinapeartree · 13/12/2006 22:28

Are they supposed to be spiders?? I'm shocked. Surely they only have 5 'legs' and that is 3 too few and isn't that just to much of a stretch of the imagination even for pre-schoolers?
Aren't they just beings much like the beings in Storymakers or that shed and dog thing??

suzycreamcheese · 13/12/2006 22:36

2nerves - defo spiders, chris told me
merrylissiemas, put your specs on gel, I dont think so
