I though Michael was spending time with that woman doing jobs etc and going all gooey eyed was maybe because it was where his real son lived there? I remember him asking how long she'd lived there and she had said not long?

I thought it might be that he had raided the house or something. Gawd, I nearly died of boredom during Friday night's episodes. I gave up halfway through the second one.
The stupidity of staging an intervention to get, (I forget her name), the Connor girl, to return to her job at the factory. What a load of nonsense!

Roy, Carla, Sophie and now Emily are all taking a break. Tony gone, Jason going; Steve off indefinitely. The Street will be empty. I know, let's bring in more Connors!!

Shame about Emily, though she's been sidelined of late. Is the actor retiring (Eileen Darbishire is 84) or is this another break until new team in place?

A series of pointless storylines that no one cares about and all the best actors are leaving.

Obvs not watched that episode yet because it's only an advert but...... Can they tell you are 4 months pregnant by tests done when you were run over ? Wouldn't it be a scan? Do medical professional say months? Isn't it weeks??

Just had to join this to moan about the writing. It's like they forget their own story lines sometimes.

So Tracy, the woman who everyone knows was responsible for the fire in which Leanne's partner died, is allowed to call Leanne a crap mother entirely responsible for Simon's poor behaviour. And Leanne just accepts it without challenging her or answering back or mentioning what Tracy has done.

Ludicrous.
