Cheers woof just set reminder for The Last Kingdom. I haven't even watched SAS yet. I'm gonna try and watch that tomorrow. Its got Matthew McFadyen in it. He was quite nice in his Spooks days.

Ditto to dizzy was it you posted about Laceybird's chapter? It was an absolutely stunning chapter. I could've imagined it in S1 easily (maybe if we'd had a 6 episode one). Such a talented writer.

I was watching it on the tablet ice but it was still amazing! BA face looks gorgeous but ditto to all costume comments. I'm going to watch all the episodes he's in. I'm sure its about 5 or 6 maybe?

Hopefully it'll still work when I watch ep 3 over the weekend.

Ooh lovely afternoon at the cinema. The Martian was fab, not usually my sort of film but Matt Damon was amazing. Best film I've seen in ages. pix my parents are very very very keen to babysit, I am making the most of this as know they won't be so keen when he is toddling and smearing poo all over their pristine house!
DP isn't keen on the idea of Netflix here either even though we have every sports channel going so I'll be catching up over the weekend and FF to the BA bits. Whilst watching the trailers at the cinema an advert came on for a new sky drama show. All I could think of was munching my popcorn watching BA on the big screen in a lucky man advert.
Liked Matthew macfayden in spooks but even more so in pride and prejudice. So much that I ruined the DVD on the optional US ending... My fav bit.
The last chapter of laceybirds story was amazing

Glad you loved the film mads. I fancied seeing that but I have to be really sure which film I want to see as its only once in a blue moon we get to the cinema as we have no babysitters really so it's a toss up between that and the new Bond one. Hopefully my Dad will come round one night next week when the kids are in bed and we'll see a late showing of something.

Are you seeing BA Reign episode on that watch tv website too mads?

I've just watched a trailer for a film called "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies". Looks good but a bit random when you're used to the normal storyline and then a load of zombies jump out at you...

I loved the MM ending too on P&P but I also loved the bit when you see him walk across the field when it's foggy. Awww.

pixie thanks for the link. I knew the RHS were looking for a fifth site and the last I read it was going to be somewhere between Manchester and Stoke so Salford is great - only about 25 miles away from me.

My Bailbrook House friend has been here for tea and we were talking about where to go for our winter break next February. I really fancy going back to Bailbrook House but didn't like to suggest it outright as she doesn't know I am still obsessed with OG! I've sowed the seed of maybe going back to Bath and will suggest Bailbrook (so long as it's still the cheaper rate for a Sunday) the next time I see her.

Yes kelly foggy bit, alternative ending and the bit when he tells her he loves her the first time. Love that film.

Well the Vikings were a disappointment - a Nordic Game of Thrones it ain't. Bit of a clunky script I thought and not enough hunky Danish marauders for my liking. Switched off after 15 mins, bah!! Not impressed. When is Poldark coming back? I need my fix of the handsome mop topped Captain's pilchards urgently after this let down

Yes ilove I can't stop thinking about the story. So emotive. I love the thought of them both in combats driving at the end. Oo I'll pretend it's in his Audi.

So excited/envious for you ilove Bailbrook! How fab it would be to go there. Imagine if you went and bumped into the OG crew/cast doing a spot of filming. Doubt that would happen really. They'd be ensconsed in SA in Feb.

I'm only testing the water re Bailbrook Kelly at the moment. It was expensive, no doubt about it. It's so funny that my friend had absolutely no idea that we had organised The Table in Cloisters restaurant. I've managed to keep the secret all these months. She can be a bit naive at times! It would only be one night - we'd stay somewhere else for the other two nights. Last time we stayed in Stow on the Wold for the rest of the break.

Yes, I definitely think CJ is an Audi driver. An A5 or A6 in that dark grey.

Head is good rich, I was a total lightweight last night - turns out getting up at 4am, flying, not eating all day and then drinking 2 glasses of wine is enough to get me pissed!
