Ooh good recommendation kel I've just put that on planner. There's also a drama starting on BBC2 next Thursday that looks interesting about the marauding Vikings I believe, unless I'm getting muddled up. I'm hoping it's going to be Spartacus with horns...

KellyHb · 15/10/2015 23:40

Ah yes think it's called The Last Kingdom or something. An advert I saw had a pretty decent QS scene in it. I'll put that on series link too. Cheers woof

orphan · 16/10/2015 07:30

Ooh thanks kelly and woof - SAS hotness and marauding Vikings with very big horns being blown...yes that's right up my much traipsed street.

Can't believe it's Friday already. That's probably the only good thing about working fulltime - time whizzes by. Have a good day everyone.

KellyHb · 16/10/2015 07:54

Morning all

Pitch dark here. It really feels like winter.

I went to bed with a big smile on my face because I tweeted the gorgeous DB and his co-driver who's second on the Hunted scrummy list and they both replied to me! DB said 'bless you' when I told him I loved his lovely partsrole in the programme and his co-driver replied saying 'aww, enjoy your weekend Kelly'! Grin

There was a couple of women tweeting practically begging the guys for a meet up and a sex session?! Fair play to the guys as they were playing along too. Hmm Wasn't you orph, was it?

Onlygirljen · 16/10/2015 07:57

Morning all - rare day off today, hooray! Have been promised an afternoon and evening of child free fun to make up for working on my birthday Smile

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes yesterday. CJ turned up in the evening for a quick visit to join in the finger fun - all I can say is that he's raring to go after his r&r! However he's a bit jealous that Rupert will be trying to steal his limelight now that he's back on a Sunday night slot in homeland. I tried to inflate not just his ego as best I could.

Daniel Craig has never floated my boat, I must admit.

icemistOBE · 16/10/2015 09:51

Morning

Enjoy your day off jen great new chapter too Smile

What fantastic chapters from jen and Laceybird!! Absolutely fab fab writing!
These stories do nothing to quell my absolute need for more CJ and Molly.

Its amazing the brilliant stories that have been written because of OG. Star

KellyHb · 16/10/2015 10:10

Yes Jen have a lovely day! And a child free afternoon too!

cjwoofwoof · 16/10/2015 10:21

Ooh yes jen have a great child-free afternoon. I was going to say hope we get an update but I see you already have - that Birthday finger must've been very inspiring, I could do with one myself but without the Birthday part of it

MaddieMoo82 · 16/10/2015 10:30

Have a lovely day jen hope it's fab. The new chapter is great, can't wait till he has to ask her!!
Early night last night trying to get a few hours before the raspberry blowing baby woke!
Looking forward to catching up on hunted later as have heard from a few people it's a good episode.

MaddieMoo82 · 16/10/2015 10:33

Ooh and Spartacus with horns and SAS men? Next week is gonna be a good week!

cjwoofwoof · 16/10/2015 10:39

I should coco mads I'm hoping for a Danish Manu lookalike to keep me interested or any other Lego shaped Norsemen on Thursday, and RL combat sternfaces on Monday. Precedents have been set for me this week with Michael Fastandbendy's muddy nighty and Sauls beard in Homeland, so they'd better come up to scratch literally

kuiakaituhi · 16/10/2015 12:03

Just come in from watching Macbeth, Woof. I don't think I've seen a better acting performance for years. Stunning man, Mr Fassbender. I have a similar occupation to Qaseem, so was already familiar with The Scottish Play. Just as well, because the accents were really thick and there were some significant changes.

The Viking thing you are talking about has a set of books written by Bernard Cornwell who writes lots of British Isles historical fiction. I love his stories, have learned a lot about your neck of the woods from him. I picked up the first two a couple of weeks ago. Really good, the face on the covers is apparently the new actor playing one of the leads, very interesting looking man. Titles of the books are "The Last Kingdom" and 'The Pale Horseman".

Have a look at the All Blacks on Sunday morning to see whether there are any you want me to approach with an offer for your new project Woof. Exactly what would you be offering by way of inducements? Sadly, SBW is probably off the menu, so to speak, till after the Olympics as he has been selected for the Rugby 7's team, as has Liam Messam.

Just a wee teaser...how about Mathias Schoenarts? Lovely!! Well, I think so.
Just heading off to try and finish my new chapter, All the new work has got me motivated again...great stuff!

MaddieMoo82 · 16/10/2015 12:15

So woof we are looking for a Danish man with a Legohead, muddy nighty, impressive beard and I'll add CJs stance and fingers.... Ideal man?! Wink

MaddieMoo82 · 16/10/2015 12:16

Oh and I'm off for a carvery with DP, that's me living the dream Confused

Ilovelblue · 16/10/2015 12:44

I've just done an induction for a new starter called Qaseem. It made me smile.

KellyHb · 16/10/2015 13:01

I love carvery's mads. I don't know whether it's CJ that springs to mind when I'm ordering a large Cumberland sausage or what?

When I picked up twins from school today, I was unbelievably driving behind an Audi A8 Quattro '64' reg and in XPower Grey too! I don't think CJ was driving but I had to watch I didnt swerve off the road I was drooling so much. Grin

GypsyFl0ss · 16/10/2015 14:02

Just seen on the Sick Children's Trust website that Ben Aldridge is doing some readings at their carol service on the 3rd December Grin

Onlygirljen · 16/10/2015 14:54

My boss drives one of them kelly, but he's 100% not drool worthy. It's a really nice car but I try and avoid getting in his as much as possible!

Thanks for the info gypsy - really wish I was in London on the 3rd!!

icemistOBE · 16/10/2015 15:01

I need to live nearer to London! London people have all the fun

OP posts:
cjwoofwoof · 16/10/2015 15:06

Ooh thanks for the info kuia I'll keep my eyes open on Sunday. Inducements would have to be negotiated for a very, very long time until we are all satisfied with the outcome Grin

I think everyone knows my feelings for Matthias are purely filthy pertaining to his wonderful acting ability and looking gorgeous even as a German WW2 officer He's top of the wrestling list with Manu in my book.

Mads that just about sums up my ideal man, yes.

Welcome gypsy I like the intel - got any more?

GypsyFl0ss · 16/10/2015 15:39

There's more info on their website, it just caught my eye as I was Xmas card shopping. It's a ticket only event and every year I say I'll go and never get around it. Might be tempted to be more organised this year...

pixieg1rl · 16/10/2015 16:11

Bugger, why can't it be the 4th, I've got an inset day to cover on that day. Envy

KellyHb · 16/10/2015 16:20

Welcome along gypsy. Yes it's very tempting to go to the carol service. Even though I live a long way away from London, I would make an effort to go if I booked tickets. Its just I haven't got a clue about London. Think I've only been once in my life and its where to stay etc and can't imagine my DH would be overexcited about seeing BA.

Yes jen its a shame when you see a gorgeous CJ car but the driver is definitely no CJ. Confused

Our family car has its first bump today. Its got a dent in its bumper as DH reversed into a brick pillar at Asda. Tsk. SadSad

cjwoofwoof · 16/10/2015 16:33

Oh dear kel bad news about the car. At least it was your DH that did it otherwise you'd never hear the end of it if it had been you as I know from bitter experience
