You can't expect everyone to immediately get an in-joke and abuse them if they don't.

I think you are allowed to abuse them if they are making racist comments though, surely? That is never acceptable. However, I didn't get to see the thread in question so cant really comment.

It wasn't me. The first post took it seriously and answered as such. That is the problem with made up threads like that, the ones who don't watch EE are not going to get it and will think it is RL. I admit I really dislike fake posts like that and never see the point of them.

That racist fuck comment was quite awful. The poster that was aimed towards had said nothing even remotely racist so where that came from I'm don't know. In fact I was the first poster to say I hate threads like that and that it wasn't real, I think a lot of posters whom were not in on the joke were glad to read that. And from the replies, many people don't like that sort of post.

I cannot imagine who here said it tbh, but it must have been someone here given how that exact thing was discussed on this board then appeared over on AIBU.

It's terrible Maryz you have plots that are introduced then never go anywhere, plots that are introduced and then dropped. Characters having one or two episode cameos to introduce more storylines which plod on for years.

You have characters starting major storylines, like alfie having a brain tumour, and us finding out Kat slater has twin daughters, then leaving the square forever 4 days later.

And last week they copy and pasted a scene written for phil and used it for Max a week later (Or possibly written for max and used for phil a week earlier).

It's a mess.
