What? Is Gavin really going to be related to Dan? Bit odd.

It was a hunch, but did some digging online on other forums and others think the same. How they may be related , not sure, but same surname and Phils obvious hatred seems to point out a connection. Gavin is 70.
Sharon mitchells wiki page has Gavin down as her dad too.

No worries, the characters are like a maze just now. Dan sullivan was in it fortwo years 1999 to 2001. when carol found out he was having it away with Bianca jackson is usually sited as one of the best E E moments!
Craig fairbrass did go on to make movies in hollywood and hasnt returned to the soap. He is 51 in real life, gavin is 70, so i have ruled out brothers, but having the same surname is not a coincidence, i dont think the writers would do tht when Dan was such an enemy of Phils. Cousins maybe.

I cant decide if I'd ike Bobby 's next victim to be Ian or Kim. Need a scenario to get Kim and Bobby in one room though. She is so, so irritating.

Ian half hearted suicide attempt was just daft. I can't remember the last time I watched such an unconvincing bit of acting. It was cringe worthy. Jane and Ian together are even more cringe worthy. And the Captain Beale comment had me almost barfing.

I think Bobby might kill Jane the irony of him killing the one who was protecting him.

I think the Ian scene didn't ring true with everything we know about him as a character. Jane knew he wasn't serious, she said 'you wanted me to find you' or something similar.

You didn't see Kathy at Sharon's door, just there was a knock at the door and Sharon did her frowning biting lip acting when she opened it.

Paul is a hypocrite so was glad to see Claudette point that out but I still can't stand her and her ever changing accent.

Paul Nicholas' hair steals any scene he's in. I'm sure he keeps it on a wig stand like a judge when he's not working.

It would be hilarious ironic if Bobby beat Jane to death with the music box in a fit of rage.

The bit in the bridge was a joke. An Olympic gymnast would be hard pushed to balance for that long! EE is always goes a bit wrong when they go off square. Stories seem more ridiculous in real life.

Kush being the father of Stacey's baby would be rubbish. Who's the daddy and love triangles have been done to death. Would completely undermine the stillbirth story as well.

Hey, missed the exchange with Claudette and Paul. Why is paul a hyopcrite? Ben is horrible to him, but he just takes it. I hope Abi finds out soon. Its not fair to either of them.

She told him she knew he was sleeping with Ben who is in a relationship with Abi, leaving it in the air that whilst railing at Claudette who is single but he believes is sleeping with his grandad he was acting similarly. She said that relationships weren't always what they seem or had two sides and alluded that he was compromised I suppose.
If Kush has fathered Stacy's child that will be a step too far. I thought they had stopped short of sex. Seriously how would Shabnam deal with her friend having her partner's baby after all she's been through?
Also, the gurning and brittle stop/start speech the actress will do will be horrendous.

Seems like the actors are so bored with the bobby storyline that they are sleepwalking through the scenes now.

Claudette saying she missed Les made me doubt my cross-dressing theory but then I thought maybe she's lonely and missed his/her company. I know the two of them are in a scene later this month where Les breaks down so hopefully the secret comes out then.

I think she does his make up for him, she's pretty glamorous.

If Bobby is going to start knocking off residents on the square it's going to be quicker to supply a list of those we don't want him to kill.

Bobby missed a trick - he could have appeared at Walford Bridge or wherever it was and given Ian a helping shove off the railings.

I think Baby Matthew should be on the safe list.

In fact, anyone under the age of, say, 16 is safe.

About Ian and the amazing balancing act - surely if you were going to jump you would climb over the railing and stand on the little ledge rather than do a circus quality tightrope act on the railing.
