Where is woof? I sent Rupe round to hers to offer his services but he couldn't get past the watchtower and patrolling guard dogs (she takes security very seriously and values her privacy). I do hope she hasn't had a relapse and thinks she's Howard Hughes again. The last time that happened she holed herself up in Woof Towers for months and you should have seen the state of her toenails...

kelly finally read your last chapter. It was sooo romantic! I could picture it as if it was a film. Lucky Molly.Smile

Rhubarb01 · 03/09/2015 19:13

Evening! Not much to report down at Rhubarb's patch. DD/DS seem to have got on well at their new school. Two days down and neither of them have refused to go yet so that's a good start.

Poor you Kelly we've had the odd similar accident in this house in the past. Having a puppy a couple of years ago (we've still got him) brought it all back as well but dogs tend to learn quicker than humans! Although once they are grown up apparently their IQ level is about the same as a three year old for the rest of their life. Now he just stands in the middle of the room and stares at you when he wants a wee.

Richtea good luck to your son this weekend. You must be very proud and looking forward to it. Eldest DD is involved in athletics but not likely to be going to a final like that anytime soon.

KellyHb · 03/09/2015 20:25

Evening.

Thanks orph. Yes lucky Molly. It comes to something when scenarios that you make up in your head get a better romantic life than you do. Confused

I know rhu. I suppose it's part of the deal of potty training and just glad it wasn't a number 2! Grin

Richtea19 · 03/09/2015 20:27

orphan the test will be when the kids arrive! Yes where is woof shacked up with AT... They were looking for extras i think!!

I'm back from parent taxi (run club) and was listening to my OG soundtrack. I SO love Birdy. I wonder when TG will start planning the music. His choice for Series 1 was so perfect.

KellyHb · 03/09/2015 20:57

Yes rich the next soundtrack choices will be exciting.

I was reading some of the first thread and people were hoping for Molly and CJ to get together and go off happily ever after after episode 5 and the thoughts were that would never happen. What a great ending we got. Star

orphan glad you made it to day 2. At least it's a short week to ease you into the job gradually.

It went dark so early tonight - makes you realise autumn is just round the corner plus it's been much cooler today. Very glad it's Friday and the end of the week tomorrow!

MaddieMoo82 · 03/09/2015 22:40

orphan hope the job goes well tomorrow despite there having to be children there.... It's a shame Mr fit isn't a pe teacher but maybe he'll be wearing some nice tight trousers and a shirt... Ooh! Clearly I need to get out more.
kelly the pee dramas sound traumatic. I agree with rhu about puppies... Ours only peed twice in the house and we had her from 8 weeks of age... I'm sensing it wont be as simple with DS, especially with the amount he has peed on me and wall already and he is only 17 weeks.
Loved loved loved the OG sound track esp London grammar, one of the ones from OG is currently on a Jeep advert and everytime in comes on the TV I look up wanting to see CJ

Ilovelblue · 03/09/2015 22:48

Anyone wanting to make their own wine from my grapes?

Ilovelblue · 03/09/2015 22:52

Maddie the first time I heard that Jeep advert, I immediately thought of OG. I wasn't really watching the TV at the time, it was just on in the background and I looked up, quite excited!

KellyHb · 03/09/2015 23:28

Maddie With you mentioning your DS being 17 weeks old, I'm not broody really but I did see a cute little baby today at school and must have been a similar age. But no, 3 is enough for us. I heard this saying once 'don't have more kids than you have hands'. Grin. Is your DS good at sleeping through the night, did you say?

Lovely grapes ilove. Do you grow a lot of fruit in your garden?

I'm going to check out that Jeep advert on You Tube. Haven't seen it yet but heard about it. Going to have look on the internet for a bit and then bed.

icemistOBE · 04/09/2015 06:35

Lovely lovely pics Grin

Ooh loving the new crossover fan fiction with MD/CJ... Such a good early morning read.

kelly he wakes every 3 during the night so not too bad.... Better than it was. Him and DP are currently snuggled up fast asleep and I'm awake Hmm

Ilovelblue · 04/09/2015 07:08

Morning all.

The garden isn't too big Kelly so I grow small amounts of rhubarb, tayberries (a bit like long raspberries), jostaberries (similar to blackcurrants), blackberries and blueberries as well as the grapes. The blueberries have done very well this year and am just starting to pick the blackberries.

pixieg1rl · 04/09/2015 07:17

Whoa, that's a lot of CJ lip action for this early in the morning ice

icemistOBE · 04/09/2015 07:20

It is Friday pixieGrin

Wow fabulous pictures this morning ice. As well as the Jeep advert have you seen the Lloyds bank one? It features a lovely black horse (immediatley thinks of orph'and woof). The music was so OG inspired, I googled and it's by Birdy!

ilove your grapes are already ripe. We have a vine and they are far from purple!

Richtea19 · 04/09/2015 07:32

pixie is it gymnastics tonight??????

Ilovelblue · 04/09/2015 07:42

Richtea mine are in a greenhouse so if yours are outside, that'll be the difference?

Dizzydots · 04/09/2015 07:49

Friday treat ice, thank you. Just adding my good luck wishes to all the nursery goers, school starters, work beginners, potty trainers, new beginners amongst us. You will all be brilliant and it's already Friday :)

Dizzydots · 04/09/2015 07:50

Oh and yes please to the homemade wine ilove :)

Richtea19 · 04/09/2015 07:50

That will be it ilove problem is not a lot of sun now to ripen them. We planted it man inky to give us shade as our garden table is underneath. Not that we have had a lot of eating out this summer!

Ilovelblue · 04/09/2015 08:26

I'm no expert on grapes Richtea, they more or less do their own thing and I just prune in the winter but to get them to ripen, I do cut a lot of the foliage away, usually July/early August. Partly I guess because I have tomatoes in the greenhouse and cutting the vine leaves off helps more sunlight to get in to ripen the tomatoes.

Likewise re eating out - it's been a very indifferent summer - and there's a definite drop in temperature now. I noticed it especially this morning and the car is covered in condensation.

Ilovelblue · 04/09/2015 08:37

Dizzy did you tell us where you went for your silver wedding? Apologies if you did and I missed it.
