Corrie Thread - you know it is bad when the best storyline is about a dog

Time to start a new thread. Hopefully by the time this one has finished there will have been a terrible disaster and half the current cast will have disappeared.

At least Jazz-hands-Andrea is on her way out. I'd be grateful if she would take a coach-load with her.

Aww Roy and CAthy were quite sweet. I expected the whole episode to be very shaky and it wasn't .

Is that why Steve wasn't in it? Was the actor that plays him I'll? Aww no!

I was quite worried that Callum was being so violent with Sarah. I thought he would really hurt her.

yes, was in papers that Simon Gregson (steve) has been written out for a while "battling illness" hope he gets well soon.

Stupid sending a text on his phone, that will be traceable as will the phone call Callum's mum made to the phone. And police would be able to trace that Callum's phone will of been at the Platts after the text was sent.

I thought it was very good - and very brave to have so much going on in a live episode.

Am I really complimenting Corrie?

In fairness, that wasn't half bad at all, some good acting, maybe it should be live all the time, Tina O Brien did very well, she was as annoying as hell but she played it well, they all did I think, quite happy with Roy and Cathy, I like her.

I hope Simon Gregson will be ok, he's my favourite of the whole cast.

Although I am sulking as I wanted to be Emily Bishop in the quiz I loved tonight's episode. Thought it didn't feel live and shaky and the acting was good all round but I love, love, love Roy and Cathy.

I really enjoyed that David is brilliant.

Poor Tony is so getting done for that.

Only bad thing in it was Anna.

Mrs Coronation street - Carla didn't have a very big part did she?! I was surprised!

David and Kylie played a blinder. All the usual good ones, were good, in it, I thought. I always love scenes with Roy and Carla. There was a sense of excitement or something all through, as though the cast were enjoying themselves. I enjoyed it, overall.

Out with the , Callum is dead , and in Gail's manhole, as predicted...

Will it be on catch up as normal? DS isn't very well and took 2 hours to go to bed so I missed it

All of the cast were very good but I thought David, Kylie and Roy were outstanding.

The lovely 17 year old who was stood up seemed to be on mute for a bit after the ad break, so a technical glitch (or my TV is broken) I thought all the acting was superb. I like Anna!

I didn't want to read these as not watched it yet, but its not on catch up grrrr.

Ah, I see now! I though Craig was singing along to the radio but didn't quite know the words!

I thought sarah, kylie and David were really good Sarah especially surprised me

My LOL bit was when Kylie and David were arguing about the blanket (to wrap Callum in) he got one of Max's.

Kylie said something about pirates , David said something like "he didn't want one with drug dealers on it"

Ive just read that Kym Marsh and Simon Gregson are dating, and that Rover is actually Simons dog. Is this true?

It was better than I expected. I liked how they revisted Steve's depression story and was quite moved when Liz talked about it to Lloyd.

Possibly the writer and actors knew they had to up their game in light of the criticism this year.

Hopefully we won't see Tim in Anna's bed in the next episode.

Rover is Simon's dog. I hope he's not dating Kym....his wife is pregnant.
