Oh lol, I actually thought BA has his hand in REs pocket - thank goodness for small mercies!! Haha.

BA is such the male specimen. He's supposed to be quite shy but he looks to be quite confident somehow in front of photographers.. ilove not sure why LT picked to stay at EE. Maybe it was to do with not wanting to work away from home. Still very sad. See if she did a cameo scene, she would only be away a couple of hours .

Kel I just googled LAMDA gala and this is what came up plus some ghastly pics of other lovvies on the red carpet, most of whom seemed to not really have a clue of how to dress for an evening at the theatre ... or am I just showing my age??!!

Don't know where you found that pic of me and orph after my crash diet in 1977 pixie coz I thought I'd destroyed them all. Damn and blast the ease of access by modern day media of private archives of treasured memorabilia - this was one of orphs favourites.

For an actor he doesn't appear to be comfortable when being himself, compared to say how he is when portraying a character. But that does seem to be quite common with the acting fraternity!

If I have nightmares and find out that tomorrow morning, my decompression has happened within the space of 8 hours, you horrible ladies will be to blame. Nickel has just about saved the evening so far! What with those dreadful pictures and The Syndicate not having the level of detail in I was hoping for, it has not been a good evening for me.

Yes BK there was indeed an NDA on that pic, but you know orph , she's fast and loose in everything, including media privacy, and probably thought that photo would get her on the cover of Vogue or Dogs Trust Monthly

Wet smock scything contests sounds genius idea to me pix but can't help but wonder if BA would turn up in something embroidered and hideously too young for him like Prince George's outfit for his sisters christening the other day, with reversed baseball cap and no socks

Please can I have more detail on the slippers? Were they perhaps actor luvvie, hand stitched curly toed Moroccan ones haggled for in a Marrakech souk or tartan slip ons with special grippy sole and fleecy lining?

pixie that's just cruel. Why didn't you show the photo taken post-depilation? I'd just whipped my bra off ready for the full body waxing.

I have to agree woof on the Royal Toddler clothing issue. Where do they get those hideously old-fashioned clothes that appear at every official function and in pics? I also hated the clunky old pram which probably cost a fortune in a top person's baby department but looked so 1930's. Added to that the Norland Nanny complete with circa WWII wool looking stockings and sensible brown lace-ups. I wish they'd just gone a tad more modern. Kate looked gorgeous though!

I think the slippers woof were of the dark brown fluffy variety. No heel unfortunately on his. Fairly manly ones. I think my DH had some similar.

I'm in the minority but apart from wide jacket pockets-BA looked pretty fine IMO.

Rhub am in full agreement with you and woof re Royal Toddler clothing! The Norland girls have updated as they can be seen in Bath in their logoed polo shirts, but that is obviously not de rigeur for Sandringham!

Plus I think I read somewhere that the pram is the one that the Queen had for Prince Edward, probably Silver Cross.. why pay out for something new when one has something quite adequate in some attic!! Or as my mum says look after the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves .. plus as an aside think I heard somewhere that the Queen has her sheets turned sides to middles when they wear out, not like the rest of us who throw away and nip to Tescos!!

I'd be reassured to know the slippers were of the nice brown manly sheepskin or suede moccasin variety kel in light of the clothing disasters I've seen tonight, but still think BA would prefer the pink fluffy numbers above, sigh. Such a waste...
