I've sent my chapter but too upset to proof-read it. Yes ilove CJ made the last series for me but I could cope without Molly as long as yes CJ was still in it and that we thought they were still together in the background. But then CJ resigned his commission-unless he come back somehow??
Literally I don't know what to do or feel. Sorry for sounding dramatic its like you don't know what to think!! I've got a horrible feeling BA wont come back esp with the huge interest since the last series.

I'm not averse to nicking cuttings and things pixie but unlikely to be able to do it at Wisley without being carted off by the plant police so I doubt I'll have a trowel with me... Interesting reaction though - what brought that on?

Bloody hell!! A second series...happy days but the not so happy is no LT but as long as BA in it I'm half happy...think the way it going is that maybe Molly will be mentioned but due to not serving together blah blah we won't see her and this is why Michelle is in it...well I hope so anyway xx

I suppose one way to tell if BA is doing the next series is if his CV might get updated saying 'Series 2.' If he's out then completely gutted!

This week was such a bad week for news like this to come out as my Mam starts chemo and radiotherapy for throat cancer on Weds and sounds strange but the whole Our Girl world and our favourite couple was getting me through it.

Aww Kelly, don't get upset, it doesn't mean no CJ and Molls, just that this story isn't about them. When TG did his Facebook chat he made lots of points about how a good story takes a viewer so far and then lets their imagination carry on the story. I think that's a great way to do it, you can have an infinite number of happy endings.

kelly sounds like a tough time and I'm sorry, Ourgirl is a welcome diversion from the trials of life and I am sure and have faith that the new series will be as before - like CJ said, stay positive, stay watching the TV schedules and stay eyes peeled, well roughly, I've never been good with verbatim!!!

Kelly so sorry to hear about your mum. Hope the treatment goes well.

Don't worry about the series too much. I'm sure it will be good whatever the story and we'll find plenty on here to talk about and keep us chatting for months to come. Stick with us and we'll try to keep your spirits up.

Thanks so much guys. Yes it is a pretty rough time, it has to be said. Especially since my Dad had cancer in the same place a couple of years ago but survived it but that happening to a couple is so rare.

Yes, I've loved being part of the group although I think I've sounded like the crazy one with my paranoid outbursts. Yes, I think plenty of humour from you guys will get me through. xx

I've just had to watch ep 4 to get a bit of equilibrium back, and it's still as good as ever! Of course!! Pleased there is a new series, don't know MK, so have no idea what to expect. Looking forward to seeing what TG has for us though. Although, without LT and/or BA it will be very different I expect ... will have to wait out and see what TG has planned for us.

Kelly I don't know if you ever got to read the first thread last October which covered the period between episode 4 and 5 - now that's what you call crazy and desperate, everyone was at their wits' end over what would happen so have no worries on that score! Just imagine if TG did that to us all again?

Yes, I did Rhu and it was sheer comedy perfection! I might going to have to read it again! But thinking about it knowing how much we all loved the couple, you would think even if BA doesn't want to be in it, he would have them back for at least a couple of scenes in London/Bath? That's what I would hope to happen.

Does anyone think all the cast have been in touch with each other about the build up to this announcement? Does anyone think LT/BA have been speaking much about it?

Sorry about the double posting - no reaction from 'puter - hate it when that happens. You wait and wait and then decide it didn't work and hey presto along come two identical posts!

It'll be interesting to hear details of the rest of the cast as they emerge and see who if anyone is in this series as well.

Agree Kelly the chemistry between CJ and MD is magical and it's a crying shame were not going to see more of them on our screens, so feeling really sad bout that loss too but basically my obsession is with CJ and so holding out hope for oodles of him.....(not at all sure about MK, don't know her in anything else, guess it will depend on how her character fits in). Sorry to hear about your mum and sending virtual hugs to you.

Kelly it's a rough time for you. My Mum went through radiotherapy about 14 years ago and I think I was more worked up about it than she was. I know what you're going through. The people on here are great though. Quite a few of us have had wobbles about something or other in the time we've been on here. My Mum had died not long before I came on here (not connected in any way with her radiotherapy I hasten to add, just to reassure you) and I found it a great distraction talking to fellow lunatics (sorry guys!). A couple of months in, when I already felt I was talking to friends, not just faceless people on the thread, a woman at work started dropping very heavy hints around that I was on the verge of an affair with a colleague. Apart from it being totally untrue (and with hindsight almost laughable) I felt really upset and angry and folk on here were so lovely and just so supportive.

So hang in there, we'll do our best to look after you.
