Looking forward to a great few weeks of tennis!! Should we be asking MNHQ for some balls!!

So who is going to do well this year? Stan has tough first round match against Kyrios......and Nadal is playing Dolgo I think?

I really like Raonic- he has recently had surgery so it depends how fit he is. Ward may stand a chance.

milos has always had a slight Dracula look about him. He seems very nice though.

I like Milos too but a surprisingly large number of people seem not too. I saw him play Wawrinka a couple of years ago and there was next to no crowd support for him. He seems so unassuming - I felt really bad for him. Kept thinking how, if his mum had been there, she would have been so hurt that nobody was on her boy's side!

Aww, poor Milos. I'd support him.

I hope Rafa beats Dogs, much as I like him. It was Dogs that beat him in Halle last year, iirc.

Mind you, Rafa has had a lot more match practice on grass this year, between his doubles and singles last week, and Dogs hasn't had a good year.

And of course, now the tv has gone off. For EGGHEADS, ffs.

It's on the red button Raahh. Dogsbollocks has been keeping a very low profile this season it seems to me. Think Rafa will be fine.

I too like raonic think people bit mean about his hair! Saw him play great match against federer last year which he lost but that was first time I really saw him play properly.

Yay, tennis thread! I totally missed the French Open and associated MN chat due to having way too much work on. Hope I get to follow Queen's, and of course Wimbledon, a bit more.

Haven't seen a second of it today, having said that.

I should be able to get the red button. But it is a bit hit an miss. Same with Eurosport.

I get confused watching Queens and Wimbledon sometimes- due to the plane noise. I am right next to Manchester airport, so I can never tell where the noise is coming from
