Looking forward to a great few weeks of tennis!! Should we be asking MNHQ for some balls!!

So who is going to do well this year? Stan has tough first round match against Kyrios......and Nadal is playing Dolgo I think?

He's quite a good player, yes? I sometimes find it hard to tell against the players who are mostly about serve.

I have to share this, because it is funny. Dh has just rung. He plays softball, used to be the president of the British Softball League (not as impressive as it sounds). Anyway, a couple of weeks back, he came home convinced one of the new-ish members of the team was Yvette Fielding (ex- Blue peter presenter, did that haunted thing, currently doing Celebrity masterchef).

Turns out, it is -celebs in their little softball team.

Might give up on this match - huge serves make for a pretty boring game, no exciting rallies at all

it's a real shame, as Lopez is really good to watch- last year's final could have gone either way. But Isner is one of those players that you end up with tie breaks all the time, and its all down to who gets the odd points. It is boring to watch.

Though sometimes I wound be very glad if Rafa could just belt out a couple of dozen aces s match! Or any!

Deliciano indeed - he is nice to look at Game a bit dull but I'm still watching .

this set is getting a bit more interesting. Isner is just very boring.

I need to rethink things. Everyone I want to win, is losing this week. ( apart from raonic). So, I've decided I really want Isner to win the tournament. (though reverse psychology didn't help me At RG)
