Abby told the police that Max wasn't at home all night and he met up with Lucy.

Bobby overheard Jane and Ian talking about it so he took it to the police station as evidence. Phil saw him and took it off him. After talking to Ian Phil decided that maybe Bens a bit of a wrong un after all so he took it to the police station anyway.

The acting this week and last week has been great. But the holes are annoying me. And why didn't just Max repeatedly say he was seeing Lucy so any DNA they find would be down to the fact that they spent so much together.
And are people seriously expected to remember what they wore a year ago. Can't even remember what I wore a week ago.

Don't they already know he was seeing her? I'm sure they'd completely understand & let him go if only he'd say "I was sleeping with her, she wanted to end it on the day she died & we argued then I grabbed her arm & she fell over & hit her head... but I absolutely had nothing to do with her death. " Yup, nothing suspicious about that! Grin

I think Phil's losing it a bit...

It's bothering me slightly that they had several episodes where Lee's depression featured fairly heavily & now they've just dropped the storyline - what are Nancy & Whit doing to support him? Why is Whitney round at Carol's so much if she's living at The Vic now? Come to think of it, why did Lee announce to his parents in front of the whole pub, including Whitney, that he wanted her to move in? Surely he should've got them alone & asked politely if it was ok for his girlfriend to move into their home. Is he back at work now?

Becuase this storyline is being written by someone who hasn't read the storylines which are going on around it.

I think she's her aunt... Lola's dad was Billy's son & therefore Janet's brother. Janet must be Lexi's great aunt. Unless I've forgotten another unseen relative between Billy & Lola - his son = her dad, right?
