Old thread here. This is copied and pasted from there.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT***

Next episode is Easter Monday at 8.30pm (for an hour). This is the start of knockout week.

Then:
Wednesday 8pm-9pm
Thursday 8pm-9pm
Friday 8.30pm-9pm

They start the week with 12, lose one a night and at the end of Friday they're down to 8.

Then just to confuse us even more they put an episode on a Sunday (12th April) 7.30-8pm.
Monday 13th 8pm-9pm.

That's as far as the BBC website shows at the moment. That's semi-final week so presumably the finals are the following week.

Missed 2 of last week's episodes and just caught last night and thought to myself 'my god, there's still FIVE of them in it?'
Poor apple man when it all went floppy. Think Simon is getting stronger and stronger kiss of death me saying that probably!

Floopledoop · 21/04/2015 19:07

Just caught up on iplayer as I fell asleep during last nights episode. All the Churchill people were pointless, how would they know what he'd like! They were really winding me up.

Agree that Emma needs to make things look nicer, sad that Paul's reassuring clams seemed to desert him. Simon to win!

Also, was no where near as fun watching it without you guys!

Jacana · 21/04/2015 19:39

It's bloody too late for Emma to learn that presentation is so important, and yet when she's shown, she can do it? Must think that it's a quirk of 2*michelin chefs that doesn't apply to her? I'm so disappointed in herSad
I'm disappointed that we've not got a show tonight? How can this be possibleShock

I really wouldn't have eaten Paul's pud, not even to be polite. A culinary backward step too far for me.

Poor love, the pressure really got to him, tho, he was all over the place. Must be tough in there.

I think if Pete had stuck to what he knew like the Japanese food he cooked in the first few rounds he might have been ok. Emma played it safe with some chicken and lentils which is pretty much what she'd been cooking in the earlier rounds. Simon and Tony are the only ones pushing themselves, trying new flavour combinations etc. It now just depends on which one of them is stronger on the final episode.

Davros · 22/04/2015 16:28

Michael Cainesdoes a great rocher as he only has one arm. How on earth has he had two Michelin stars for 15 years with one arm?! It's never mentioned so that must be his choice and he must do all that work himself or HE wouldn't get the stars

Ellenora5 · 22/04/2015 19:54

Ive missed loads, so I'll watch tonight and see what's what, to be honest I didn't find this series that good, I'm looking forward to the celebrity one though Smile

fourquenelles · 22/04/2015 19:59

Reporting for drooling.

squoosh · 22/04/2015 20:00

I think I prefer the celebrity one to be honest.

And professionals of course. oh Marcus.

fourquenelles · 22/04/2015 20:00

Crikey Claudia Winkleman looks hot hot hot!

Roussette · 22/04/2015 20:01

4 becomes 3 then!

Floopledoop · 22/04/2015 20:02

I'm here. And I also agree that this is the worst of the 3. Love the celebrity one.

Halsall · 22/04/2015 20:02

Hello peeps, I had to miss the last one. Hopefully back till the bitter end now.

Roussette · 22/04/2015 20:02

gosh it's all getting a bit poncey tonight. Smoke and stuff

Floopledoop · 22/04/2015 20:03

No menu! No lecy or gas!

Halsall · 22/04/2015 20:03

Ah, lovely Stockholm! One of my favourite places ever.....

fourquenelles · 22/04/2015 20:04

Oh-oh Tony's moustache is going up in smoke

squoosh · 22/04/2015 20:04

So a BBQ then?

Roussette · 22/04/2015 20:04

I love Stockholm too ! I went there a few times when a lovely ex of mine moved there

iklboo · 22/04/2015 20:05

No pretention in these gaffs. Oh no. None whatsoever.

fourquenelles · 22/04/2015 20:05

Simon is not convinced!

DidgeDoolittle · 22/04/2015 20:05

Isn't that what most women do every day? Look in the fridge and make it up.

Halsall · 22/04/2015 20:06

I bloody hate this level of poncery. Entertaining to watch, but to eat? No sirree
