i've only read the first book so far, at what age does Aramis become a priest/monk? On the basis of the first book I just can't imagine him doing it until he's getting a bit old for all the fighting & shagging (comtess would probably have him written off sooner on the shagging front based on her harsh assessment of poor Trev ) as it doesn't take much in the way of temptation for him to go back to his old ways.

I'm a terrible night owl elk & it gets worse as the DCs get older & go to bed later, I like proper peace & quiet for a while before I go to bed. Also DD is asleep in my bed, so it's not so alluring tonight

Had a fab evening out last night - including one random Musketeers conversation (we both agreed on Athos followed by Aramis as our faves...) and meeting someone who was totally a slightly older version of Treville (complete with fancy moustache and hat) - luckily he thought that was quite cool when I told him!

However tonight has been fucking shit frankly, spent most of it doing jobs and then having stonking big argument which I am still pissed off about and which also took up so much of the evening it messed up all plans for a) watching either Poldark (so no spoilers please!) or a rewatch of TM and b) getting an early night to make up for last night. So am now grumpy, tired and still have to do at least a bit of ironing before bed Oh and also got an unpleasant work conversation to look forward to in the morning

At least it's 2 days closer to Friday I suppose...

Well I must say, you are a mad bunch of madhatters but I've never been welcomed into a thread this many times so thank you all and I will surely cast my reservations aside and join in with my random comments as I really, really, really need somewhere to squeal about after watching certain episodes and no one I know in RL gets anywhere near as excited as I do about an episode of musketeers.
