mouse, you must have immense self-control . It's depressing listening to crap like that and seeing how low a priority fighting sexism is. Our governing body is well-educated, very liberal/left-leaning & 50:50 gender split, but gender issues are hardly ever raised (except by me). At each meeting the Head has to report any racist issues (required by County Coucil), I think they've just added homophobic incidents to that requirement. But no requirement to report sexist incidents . It would probably be a very long list.

Is it comfortably liquid? Enough reserves to cover the cost of closure? No one except trustees have access to the reserve account? If you know or can find out that yes is the answer to all those questions, you're probably fine. If not, I would run like the wind if I were you.
