The school run (and almost every dinner time) are taken up with my zoning out as ds1 talks Minecraft. At least his dad knows what he's talking about but some day he'll discover I'm completely ignorant and have just been feigning interest.

How much food is too much food for a 6 year old?
This is what ds2 has eaten since he came in from school...

Lollipop (from a boy at school whose b day it is)
Small bag of haribo (ditto)
Poppy seed roll
Mashed potato and steamed veg (he is a veggie)
Scoop of ice cream and some strawberries
Cheese and crackers

He would eat every 20 mins if I let him!
For breakfast he had;
Bowl of porridge, a banana, toast with butter, strawberries and a yoghurt and apple juice.

Lunch was cheese sandwich, carrot sticks and small bit of cake and water
He didn't eat his apple.

Is that too much?
He loves fruit and veg, luckily, but I do worry about the lack of protein.

Ds1 eats really well, and doesn't really snack, doesn't eat sweet stuff at all.
They are so different!

Sounds quite reasonable Bads, is he growing? When MlleElk starts shovelling it away, all of a sudden her tights don't pull up to the top and her jeans end up at half mast
