Hope everybody feeling better and having a good day. We had plumb gate yesterday when the kitchen cold tap decided that it needed to retire immediately, the fact that we have lived in this old hovel and have never worked out where to turn off the cold water severely bit us on the bum that and the fact that OH was a typical man and wouldn't call out a plumber till it was too late, saying he could fix it, he couldn't he was up all night stopping a flood , the kitchen floor is now sparkly and clean - got to look on the bright side!

Thank you for your really awesome comments, you never know when you post just how your ramblings are going to come across, so I appreciate your feedback. nipper was her usual wonderful self and gave me lots of encouragement. Do love the ff writers (and reviewers here) all so supportive. Ps nipper loved your last chapter.

I've decamped to Bicester Avenue, bit more my scene . . . Lakeland, hobbycraft, cotton traders and millets ... and having lunch at the garden centre!!!! Living the high life!! Actually really enjoying the peace and quiet of being by myself. Trying not to feel guilty. Had CJ been available there's a premier Inn next door, bad timing on taking him to Kenya pixie but useful Intel for when you bring him back!

Nickel sounds to me as if he would be totally worn out. You'd rather have him as fresh as a daisy surely when he's back on UK soil?

Tsk tsk Nickel, you should know that CJ doesn't stay in Premier Inns, only Travel Lodges, and only then when you're paying half!!

whajeb oh dear rather an extreme way to clean your floor! I've spent all morning cleaning the house and cursing our cat who's moulting like mad. I did have a little break though to watch how the other half live in the doc Inside Claridges. Mind boggling and I don't know how I've managed to live this long without the services of a butler.

Currently feeling pincered between the teens and the old people, lovely GP suggested I needed some me time, couldn't quite explain that I had found some lovely folks on a similar wave length who certainly aid escape on a regular basis!!

pixie you are the nuts. Seemed a perfectly accurate and correct account to me, not sinister at all Rhubarb although we all know that CJ actually secretly enjoys the attention.

I just hope Mr Pixie made it back to your homestead ok and you weren't caught in flagrante delicto. The scene I beheld from the driveway sure didn't look pretty.

pixie somehow I managed to miss your brilliant link to poor CJ's tormented thoughts but have just read it. As woof says, it's an accurate account. Although I feel he hasn't been completely honest with himself: he did ask for seconds of the cream tea.

DS 2 currently having a melt down moment that the GTA xbox disc isn't working! Shouldn't be on it mud week anyway, but the tears are driving me mad. Mother of year award.. Not!

My photos have gone again, but I've saved the link as a bookmark, and seems to work ok through that woof?

MNHQ emailed me to say their tech team have looked into it and can't find a fault. So they've said its a glitch albeit an annoying one.

Going out with some friends ina minute. I'll canvass opinion on AT: weasel, cockerpoo or stud. But considering that they didn't fall in lust with CJ, maybe I should take their opinions with a pinch of salt.

Having watched episodes 1 and 2 at 2.00 am, gonna have to dip into 3, 4 and 5 tonight. Thought I was decompressing, me nah..... definitely not.

Thank you everyone :) had a lovely day, it was really nice to just do what I wanted for a change ... That sounds so selfish, but I guess most of us hardy ever have time to ourselves? And I found a travel lodge on the way back from Bicester, so sorted for when CJ makes his way over here!

Too whacked to join in tonight but have been reading it all. The most dreadful period pains ever in my entire adult life - this menopause stuff is no fun at all. No periods for 8 months then this. Feel totally wiped out and spaced out on painkillers.

Pixie's diary has had me in stitches. We could make an entire book/tour guide of the UK from this if she wanted! Poor CJ, how it must be to be such a sex object.

Glad you've had such a nice day Nickel. Do you have to provide cakes at work in honour of your birthday? That seems to be the tradition in my workplace but because I know so many people and am invited to share in others' cakes, it ends up costing me a fortune. I tend to make half of them and buy the others.

orphan I will be interested to find out what your friends thought of AT. So far everyone I have spoken to thought he was gorg. It irritates me though because why AT and not BA!!!!!! I feel like we are loosing him.

Knackered too,I went to the gym this morning and did so many squats my bum aches so bad. I don't think I will be able to sit down tomorrow. They are in preparation for complicated 10 rating positions from Jens little book for my CJ country wide tour stop over!!!!
