I still haven't done much but did book my mum, brother and DS1s flights for the summer. I have a bit of a lump in my throat as DS1 is going a few days before us and then when we fly back he is staying until the end of AUgust with my parents. He is going to be there for practically the entire summer holiday. What am I going to do?? He reasoned he would rather be there with my parents at the beach whilst we go back to work than shunted about SIL and MIL in the centre of London.

Am sat at dining table while DH and DS1 put together Lego chima and ds2 pretends to dig through to Oz with a plastic pick axe. Meanwhile I'm slightly damp and nursing a mug of Earl Grey.
Took dc out earlier leaving DH in peace to set coursework and texted remind him to take out load 2 and get load 1 in from the line. Load 1 washed, dried and folded. Load 2 back in the machine for a spin after being rescued by me when we got home as DH completely failed to spot the torrential downpours. Hence am now slightly damp. But at least he made me a mug of tea.
