Nickel, orphan and nipper, thanks for those kind words. I know why she makes such bitchy comments because she's so stressed, but it's hard to listen to when I've given up an evening specially for her. There was even a comment when she mentioned a story which had been on the news which I didn't know about that I spend too much time socialising to keep up with current affairs. Daren't tell her it's more about MN and ff!!

Nipper did you not know Cadbury's are making biscuits with the creme egg filling? They're on offer in Sainsburys at £1 pe pack at the moment.

Another long day with a parents evening tonight but hopefully reign will be streamable later it's easy on the eye even if the dialogue and plot is appalling.

Icemist did you see the epilogue posted for the Molly's choice story? It made me very sad then I had to give myself a slap and remember it's just a story!

Noticed you on the reviews, he always seems to get some very personal horrible guest reviews from 'rach' on many of his 40+ stories...

Morning all, ilove sorry you had a crappy evening last nights. In those situations, sometimes best just to swallow it (no puns cjwoof!). You are being an amaizing friend to her and its a shame that at the moment she can't recognise that. Everyone needs an ilove, especially if it means weekends away at Bailbrook!

I'm so behind on FF. Iam up to date with jens but need some time to catch up with the rest. Once our German exchange student has gone it will be easier.

Day off today so trying to cram loads in, including having my oven cleaned. Ashamed to say im a slut when it comes to oven cleaning, I'm happy to do everything else though!

Cream egg biscuits sound yummy. I'm off to sainsbrys this morning too so will check out as well as the stag notebook. Didn't they change the formula od cream eggs, I'm sure someone told me that that chocolate wasn't cadburys anymore. I wonder would CJ could do with a cream egg.... Nice thoughts for the morning

Morning. ilove hope you managed a get a decent sleep after a rotten evening.

Pleased for BA with his new role in the US, wish him well and hopefully he'll be back filming in the UK sometime. My niece saw him in The American Psycho and thought he was very good actor, she hadn't seen Our Girl until I mentioned it and loved him uniform, one of those good actors able to get into character with ease.

I did nipper wasn't too sure about it, but that was never going to have a happy ending from him. I bet a lot won't like it as there was nothing fluffy and certainly no happy ending.
That guest-Rach seems to hate him! Her comments are vile. And from what I can gather wrote a horrible remark to lola as well.

Oh so 'rach ' has popped up elsewhere.... I did wonder if markab might be rach.... In a kind of posting something nasty to try and generate reviews kind of way.... You don't have to let guest reviews show unless you want them too.... Anyway I'm going to stop thinking about it. The cream egg biscuits won't buy themselves and as much as it might have been passable to take nipper to swimming in my pyjamas because I'd got distracted by ff, I don't think the same can be said for gymnastics!

That's a much better picture than the previous article .... And a few more years up to date! I don't know when the other one was taken but he looks much more gorg in a paddling pool, well i think!

Just read your story lola, brilliant as ever (left a review, I'm supposed to be on the way to work!). That Rach is nasty. I hope you weren't too bothered by her (? I can't imagine that's their real name). It seems that she takes pleasure in writing the most cutting and offensive remarks she can, completely out of order. Your response was amazing and calm and exactly right. Can tell why you are an author! Anyway obviously she was talking out of her backside, whatever she said, seeing as we love your story :) x

Morning all. Bad night - 2 year old woke up sick in the middle of the night, eventually ending up with us both having to take a 5am bath due to extensive vomit reach

On train to work actually trying not to fall asleep! whajeb that's brilliant re the course! I was thinking I might try and find something similar - this is the first time I've tried something creative since higher English, and that wasn't yesterday! Let us know if you find it useful.

nipper I write on the go - usually on my phone when I get a bit of spare time, lunch hour, commute to work etc. sometimes manage to get longer periods on the laptop at weekend but that's about it!

ilove sorry about your crap night [hugs]. Sounds like you definitely took the high road, which can be infuriating but def the right approach.

Ah jen you are in good company. We had a randomly vomiting 2 year old last night too... Hope yours feels ok today and you're not too worn out. Mine seems to have forgotten anything ever happened and had woken early and now playing happily. I think I'll be joining her for a nap today!

Heard a discussion on the radio last night about whether eggs should be kept in the fridge. My favourite reply was that eggs should be kept at room temp and the egg department in the fridge was actually only for creme eggs!!

jen will do but my shyness prevailed as per usual and I spent the entire time wishing I had an invisibility cloak, I'm sure next week will be better.

Off to get a hobbit ready for world book day!!

CJ didn't help either by waking me, all eager to try out some ideas from jen's manual and bellowing "put some bloody effort in!" when he realised I was less than enthusiastic. He'd obviously got his hands on some Rosabaya cos he was certainly fully functioning.

I NEED some of those creme egg biscuits! I asked DH if he was going to Sains today (he's working from home ... so it usually involves a trip so Sains!). He asked why, so I said maybe he could pick me up some creme egg biscuits ... you'd have thought I'd asked him to trek across the himalayas to get them! Apparently working from home does not mean that he can go shopping for biscuits for me!!! So, looks like I'll have to get them myself! And maybe some real creme eggs as a bonus (loved that comment about keeping the creme eggs in the fridge egg thing ... that's what I do!! Hee hee!!!)

I find it really odd how people can leave such spiteful comments. Thats why I deleted it and had to say something to 'Rach'. Its interesting that she seems to spend so much time writing utter tosh to people. Lets wait for her to post her ff compositions. My motto is if you can't say something nice or constructive just don't say anything at all.

I just went on a creative writing course. Cant praise it enough really found the whole thing beneficial. Thinking of doing another one as you can only gain knowledge and techniques by doing them. We had a published author come in and talk to us. She spoke to us one on one and I told her I wrote on FF she said great medium to start on. Her motto keep writing 50% of it will be shit. Her words! She also thought the OG meets BC hilarious! She also said didn't OG have that very handsome actor. I was like hmmmm yes it did.

And a reader wants conflict, conflict, conflict!
